Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe guy in the reception (I think he's the supervisor) wasn't too helpful when we asked if we can leave our luggage after check out since our flight is in the afternoon. He said in a very unaccommodating voice, that "the room is already full with the luggages so cannot put our luggages." When we asked if there are lockers in the station, he said "I don't know. Maybe", which is very unhelpful. The ladies in the reception though were cheerful, nice and helpful. One lady helped us when we asked again when the guy was gone. Thanks to her.

SingaporeHanging bubble chair is nice on 1st look for photo op, but space could be better used. A small writing table for example will be much more functional & useful. Can have free refillable water at the lobby, will be even better if there's a kettle in the room so that we can make our own tea/cof.
Great location, just across from HBF and bus station so its very convenient . Nice to have supermarkets & amenities nearby. Modern renovated room, i like it very much. Nice touch for sensor light under bed. Staffs are friendly & efficient.

Friendly welcome and early check-in was allowed at a 15euro fee. Worth it if you travelled on the first wizz air flight out of London! Beautiful decor inside and outside the room. The bathroom is gorgeous with a rainfall shower and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast seemed expensive pp but there's a nice bakery a few doors up. 20min walk from central and directly opposite the bus and train station so really convenient. Would recommend.

NorwayScrambled egg was probalbly the worst i have ever had at any hotel in the world. Bed was good, but sofabed was not comfortable. They served taco the week we visited, but they do not really have a restaurant with ala cart meny. Missing frige and a small table in the room.
Good location, Salzburg is a small city, so you can walk to most places by foot. Breakfast was decent. Bed was good. Staff was friendly. Hotel only accept cards, if you have already made withdraw of cash from ATM you will not be able to pay here. Very cosy bar/"restaurant". Free water and fruit, mainly apples.

United KingdomThe one and only issue was the noise of the air conditioning but that might just be us. It meant we had to instead open a window to cool down the room, but the noise from the road outside was a bit too noisy. I don’t think this is a huge issue, as we are quite sensitive to noise and the rest of the experience was so good this didn’t overshadow the stay.
The cocoon hotel has a great vibe, so friendly, professional team, very warm, stylish, modern and so comfortable. The team - especially Beatrice and Jimmy - were incredibly welcoming and helpful and made us feel so at home! We would have loved to stay longer and will be back! The hotel is super close to the railway station, easy walking distance to essential tourist spots and you can hire a push bike if you want to cycle rather than walk. The room was so beautifully designed, stylish and funky. Comfortable bed, excellent shower and great decor! The breakfast was so delicious, well-worth staying in for breakfast- it was very generous and suited all kinds of tastes. Particularly loved the buns with sultanas and the cheeses! Sitting having breakfast we felt so relaxed with great music playing and other guests enjoying their breakfast alongside us in the wonderful dining area. Thanks to the whole team for a great stay.
