There was no door between the bedroom and the bath/shower/sink area - just a curtain. (There was a door into the toilet). The duvets on the twin beds are very narrow.

Hotel is right beside the train station. There are several, frequent busses nearby going into the city centre. Very helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Large lockers for storing luggage after checkout.

Arrived early. Had the option of paying 4 euros to store luggage till official check in time or paying 15 euros for early check-in. So clearly the room was ready but didn’t want to carry luggage around Salzburg till 3pm so in the end paid the 15 euros. There is no kettle in the rooms for making drinks.

Loved the location, lovely and clean. Comfortable beds. There is an area near reception where you can use the kettles and microwave and there is fresh water and glasses to use.

The atmosphere was lovely there. Lots of plants and a general feeling of nature :) It's also really close to the train station, and they have a wonderful bartender and good food!

It was an incredibly pleasant stay. The accessible location and the proximity of the main train station allowed us to travel around the whole region easily. The room was small but cosy, exactly what we expected.

No hotel parking available, you have to use public parking. Our Room was quite noisy from the street traffic down the street. Paying to store your luggage for early arrival is a bit petty in 2024

Amazing hotel in a really close distance from the Salzburg main train station. All staff were polite and helpful. The hotel follows a sustainable, eco-friendly policy which we were happy to experience and follow. Our package didn't include breakfast, but in our last day -before the check out- we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. The buffet was rich, there were several vegan and vegeterian options and the price was similar to a breakfast that someone would have to pay, if he/she visited a cafe nearby.

The small cocoons were definitely on the small side, and unfortunately didn’t offer a desk or table which made it a bit difficult for us to work in the evenings. Additionally, while the parking was convenient and easy to access; at 21€ per day, it’s an extra fee to consider if arriving by car.

Turning to the negative aspects, there were no major issues, but certain details did leave room for improvement. Despite an upgrade in the room interior, the choice of cheap laminate flooring was somewhat disappointing, detracting from the overall aesthetic. Additionally, the provision of luggage lockers came with a daily charge of 4 euros. While this was a minor inconvenience, the presence of individual lockers, as opposed to a common room for all guests, was appreciated. The justification for the fee may be found in the convenience and security offered by these paid lockers.

During my recent stay at this hotel, several positive aspects contributed to an overall satisfying experience. The hotel's location, a mere 2-minute walk from the main station, proved to be incredibly convenient for commuting, while the old city centre was easily accessible within a 20-30 minute walk. The rooms, though not extravagant, were decently appointed, featuring a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. One standout highlight was the breakfast service, which was not only delightful but also smoothly managed, thanks to the commendable efforts of the breakfast staff. In particular, I would like to express my gratitude to Fimmi for ensuring a pleasant and efficient breakfast experience. The Tacos & Bar offered by the hotel provided a charming option for spending cozy evenings within the premises. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was generally positive, with its strengths in location, room comfort, and breakfast offerings outweighing minor drawbacks. With some attention to the mentioned details, this hotel has the potential to enhance its guest experience even further.

There was no soap in the handwashing dispenser in our room's bathroom. Even after the daily room cleaning - it wasn't filled up.

The hotel could have provided some slippers in the room. I expected this because whenever we travel to many Asian countries, I have yet to encounter a hotel with no slippers and toothbrushes provided for their guests.

We liked the location of this hotel as many major tourist spots can be easily reached on foot such as the Mirabell Gardens and the Hohensalzburg Fortress as well as the city center. It is also near to the train station and several restaurants and coffee shops. We were delighted to find a good Asian eatery right across it The hotel room was pretty clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the free refillable water bottles and fruit that they provided for us, for all their visitors. All our requests were acknowledged and completed quickly. They are really efficient at what they do. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Very convenient location and great rooms. They gave us two rooms that were interconnected which worked out well to hang out together. The rooms and amenities were quite clean and comfortable as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Good location. Lovely hotel in general. Room size was ok. Large nice shower. Nice taco bar. Something we found funny, as a couple - there wasn’t a double duvet but instead two single ones. 😅 so we had to sleep separately.
