Bit too warm.

Nice style, pleasent wellness and sauna facilities and gorgeus view. The only small minus was a bit too warm room where temperature was difficult to adjust downwards.

No climate control in the room. apart from that it was perfect, spacious and clean. I highly recommend taking a room above the standard ones as they offer lots of space and comfort.

Everything we could wish for in terms of a relaxing ski holiday. The combination of amazing amenities such as the heated rooftop pool, the amazing spa, fantastic food at the tweets restaurant and incredible common relaxation areas made this one of the best hotels iv's stayed in.

We will never get used to nude saunas ( but we are English!) however plenty of towels were provided!

The most beautiful views , fantastic location, amazing rooms and bars and restaurants… wonderful decoration and great atmosphere. You will feel young and beautiful even if you aren’t, just by association! The staff were so lovely and really looked after us. Although it was a very glamorous place to stay , we got the impression that you could stay here by yourself and made to feel very comfortable.

For me, the only thing that could make Coolnest even cooler would be if they offered beauty treatments as well as massages.

The most beautiful hotel with attention to every detail... Loved every minute of it. Breakfast was amazing (including fantastic coffee!!) and we really enjoyed the complementary "Jause" in the afternoon as well. The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views from nearly every room, regardless of the weather.

hands down the best place we have ever stayed. they’ve thought of EVERYTHING. we were a little nervous to spend more that we usually would on a couple of nights in a hotel, and almost felt like the reviews were too good to be true… we have already planned to come back, it’s that good. the staff are amazing, location is stunning, the facilities are insanely good. we were just sad to leave! don’t hesitate to book, it’s incredible.

Absolutely best hotel I have ever stayed in. A little slice of Bali in the Austrian Alps. Every detail of this hotel was well thought out. Every staff member was incredible kind. Cannot wait to go back!

Unfortunately some bad experiences with smoke: 1. While we were in the lobby chilling on the couch, someone was smoking with the window open and the entire smoke was coming in . 2. somebody was smoking in the kitchen and the smoked was coming in the lobby And…the food is not as good as it used to be, but this is the restaurant Tweets upstairs, breakfast at the hotel was amazing like always!

My only negative comment would be that the pillows were not at all comfortable, there were two options - a memory foam and a normal pillow but both were far too thick. Granted, we did not ask if they had any others, but it is worth noting for anyone who likes feather or low pillows.

Brekfast and the afternoon snack were great and there was plenty of other snacks around, which was wonderful as we were on an active holiday! The staff were very attentive and we loved the spa and of course the incredible views.
