Everything was very clean, except the toilets were a bit smelly. Bed sheets were very clean and the blankets that they gave was very comfy. The location is very nice, very close to tram stop.

1. We came one hour earlier because of our transport and the cleaner said that we need to wait outside because they're cleaning, that was fine until second cleaner went outside and smoked and ate for the next half hour, so they practically didn't clean up to make it go faster.... 2. the biggest problem was the radiator, which was on fire and the room was so hot that you couldn't breathe, it couldn't be turned off, but after contacting the host, they reduced it at the head office 3. I didn't like that the mattresses were too flat and unfortunately you could feel every broken string, but it's manageable for two nights 4. we didn't like was communication with one of the cleaners. One day we used one of our room towels to clean the floor in the bathroom because the water was everywhere around the toilet and we didn't want to have wet socks and he came telling us to not use the room towel for cleaning floor and he wasn't very assertive. We didn't know how did he even know it was us?? and secondly I told him the reason why we did it and there wasn't different mop or towel for doing it but it was not met with understanding. 5. One of the shower doesn't work normally, the stream only comes from every third hole and alternates between cold and warm water. 6. it could be cheaper for everything this!

I like the location, very near to Metro station. I like the white vibes of the property it gives the impression of newness and purity. I like the fast communication with the property when I had a problem, so really thankful for that.

The room was small and the kitchen a bit dirty, but due to the other guests. We also had to pay for coffee.

ok, where to start? It was hard to find the location, we went around the restaurants showing the photo they provided and they said there's nothing like nearby. I called the provided number and no answer, left a text message and they didnt answer either. After running around the block for 20 minutes with a luggage we finally made it. The walls are too thin and we were hearing everything from the next room. couldn't use heater, it only blew the cold air and our room was too small for 3 persons.

The room was clean and refurbished and had all the facilities necessary. the door locks made us feel safe. For 1-2 nights it's ok and value for money.

Dishwasher, Kaffee machine defect. We had to wash our dishes and the people did not wash that clean. Just one toilet for 9 rooms. The 2 last days 15 lady with 1 toilet. We had to wait long time. Refrigerator was too dirty and with hair and rubbish 🤮🤮 the toilet door was in kitchen 🤢🤢. You eat st and hear and smell 🤮🤮. I never recommended that to someone.

Two machines in the kitchen were out of order for the entirety of my stay. My room was either too hot or too cold and there was no way I could influence that on my own since the knob on the heater wasn't working. The walls were super thin and you could hear everything in the common areas, even the doors making sounds. There were only two showers for many rooms so sometimes I had to wait for 30 mins + to be able to have a shower.

Location was good, very close to the U-bahn. It was also clean and new, felt safe. It was okay for a short stay and only to spend the nights there. Perfect for one person, for more it would be very tight in the room. Okay for the price, appropriate for younger and undemanding travellers.

The shower and the toilet were a bit run down, and even though there were appliances in the kitchen (dishwasher, vending machine and coffee machine) they were all out of order.

The room was fine, had all the basics and it was clean. Perfect for a one-night stay for a normal sized person (someone very tall wouldn't have fit).

It was known that this hotel doesn't have a reception desk. OK for me. The codes for entrance to main door and room door worked perfectly, but I did not get the WiFi-code. Luckily, another visitor, staying at the hotel, could give me the WiFi-info.
