I take easy to go into the hotel by the back door and think that there is no reception. It could do with a sign. It took us a minute or two to work it out

The hotel has a great location- walking distance to the main attractions in the city. The rooms are very clean. Even under the bed ( this is where our cat first went 😄). The staff was very nice and friendly

Spaciouse room and comfortable bed. Superb location of this hotel makes it easy to get to all the major attractions within a few minutes walk. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. There are free mineral water bottles in the room and at the reception . The restaurant on the top floor has a terrace with a view of the castle. We ate all our dinners their for the very delisiouse food and great ambiance. Rich breakfast with many choices. Could be taken as a buffet or a la cart.

Situated on the main road ,one way system (you must use sat -nav if coming with car ) and despite stating on booking there is no car park .They are happy to park for you for additional charges for about 30 euro per day .

The power went out one of the nights we were there. The staff was quick to work on it, but they reasoned that it was because the AC was blowing the fuse. So they asked if we would turn it off for the night. Didn't love that!

Location was perfect! Very helpful staff, comfy beds, clean, complimentary water bottles!

Parking is in a private garage 5 mins away from the hotel.

Lovely hotel with a nice restaurant ( Pitter Garten) and sky bar. Barely 5 mins walk to Mirabell and about 10-12 mins to the Old Town. It's in the quieter part of town and there's a great restaurant ( Asia Kitchen) right next to it. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. Very convenient location for theatre too.

the free room upgrade, helpful receptionist (did not catch his name, tall and thin guy with spectacles) advised us where to go and where to park! of course also the free water (perfect for summer) !

The only niggle was that it’s a short walk from the tourist heart. In any other weather, it would be a non issue.

Perfect conference hotel. The room was wonderful. Very clean and fittings appeared quite new. Clean beyond reproach. Great air condition given the 30C summer this year It would appear that being family owned, they have taken great pride and thought things through too to die a great stay.

Very professional, helpful and friendly staff at reception - proactive with the information and recommendations. The restaurant staff helped cater to my son's allergies at breakfast and dinner, taking extra care to ensure no allergens and no cross-contamination. The location of the hotel is great: very close to the old town as well as the train station and easy to reach by car (needed for the tours operators). The family room was renovated and very clean and comfortable. This is the second summer we stay at the IMLAUER HOTEL PITTER Salzburg and we look forward to our next time there - I highly recommend it...

Parking was not on site very difficult in rainy days and add to that it is expensive 22euro per night The view of the room back view 🥲

As a 4 star hotel the Location and the room size superb The toilets are suitable for arab guests. Welcome chocolates and complementary water in the lobby. Breakfast 10/10 the view from the rooftop. I booked the hotel because of the views

Really nice and no complaints. It was a little pricey, but it was also worth it. 

Very nice property with lots of different areas. There were two restaurants. One was on the top floor and one in the basement. It had a very nice exercise and sauna area on the top floor. Our room was well equipped and they offered free mineral water the whole time.  Also, a great location near the main train station and an easy walk to the old town.
