I was not a fan of the tub. It was small and with a 1/2 wall of glass, made it hard to shower in without getting water on the floor. A shower would have been preferred.

Overall a very nice hotel. Staff friendly and welcoming. Very convenient to the old town as well as all our tour meeting spots. Room was well-maintained and a good size. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked really well which I loved as I like a cool room. Both the roof-top and basement restaurants were well-decorated and the food varied and delicious!

The location is good. Mr. Torres at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. They have free bottled water and apples at the lobby and a nice bar at the rooftop.

The water was medium warm. I took a bath after all the walking and was very cold. Even during shower water was not hot. Also could not get shower head to point at me. It was straight down making it difficult to wash hair and stand under water. Also tub was very narrow. I weigh under 160 lb and was very uncomfortable.

It was very easy to get to places from this location. Hotel was very nice, upscale. Has rooftop bar however I did not use it.

The Hotel has a perfect location, Parking lot is a little far from the hotel but it was manageable. Beautiful room with everything you need. Big room, plenty towels, very clean shits, snacks, & water. Everyone in this hotel is very helpful, friendly and professionally responsible. The breakfast aria has a beautiful view and plenty of food choices always depend on the day you stay in the hotel. We loved this hotel and I suggest to all Americans that are used to big room hotels.

Breakfast was only Buffett at €29 was too much for a family of four, would be nice to get a coffee and pastry only at the hotel. Plenty of nice cafes nearby though.

Loved the friendly staff, family room size and facilities (separate toilet) was excellent. The restaurant was a highlight.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Service at the sky bar restaurant was subpar, mainly because they were completely oversubscribed in terms of reservations and they appeared understaffed. Service, when our server actually stopped at our table, was fine - it was just very infrequent which made for a long evening (we waited almost 45 minutes for our bill, and were overcharged for several items).

Room was well-appointed and comfortable (we were in a small suite). Richard at the front desk was particularly kind and helpful. Location of the hotel is great and within easy walking distance of many restaurants, sites, and the train station.

The room (family room for 4 people) was small, despite the dressing room which was quite convenient. The sauna was not on at 17:30, and therefore we could not use it.

The dinner at the sky restaurant was excellent. The servie there during trhe dinner was also very good. Which was not really the case during the pre-dinner drink where it could have been a bit more friendly and forthcoming. The front desk was VERY forthcoming, helping and alos finding solutions for our challenges.

Spaciouse room and comfortable bed. Superb location of this hotel makes it easy to get to all the major attractions within a few minutes walk. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. There are free mineral water bottles in the room and at the reception . The restaurant on the top floor has a terrace with a view of the castle. We ate all our dinners their for the very delisiouse food and great ambiance. Rich breakfast with many choices. Could be taken as a buffet or a la cart.

Situated on the main road ,one way system (you must use sat -nav if coming with car ) and despite stating on booking there is no car park .They are happy to park for you for additional charges for about 30 euro per day .
