Too hard to sleep without condition

It's a little hard to find the place since there are two similar looking doors to the building with the same address number. The correct door also has signs for a transport company which was slightly confusing. The rooms have zero airflow. I washed some clothes the first day and hung them to dry and they were still wet after a day and a bit. The rooms will get toasty pretty quick if you don't keep the door open. Didn't see the staff at all, so if you have any issues it might be difficult to have them addressed.

The cubes offer a good amount of privacy, although they offer little to no soundproofing so you'll easily hear people talking/walking around. The rooms have outlets to charge your things, and a lock on the door to keep your stuff secure while you're out and about. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They offer towels with the room, and there are lots of showers and bathrooms available. Outside the bathrooms is an area with large mirrors and hair dryers which was a nice touch.

There were people, I don’t know if they were just staying there for a while or who they were, but they smoked in the living room, what for not smoking people is very disrespectful and they got into fight and we were scared to be honest to walk by them

It was cheap, it was near to the metro, small cubes but we didn’t need anything else

Carpet in entire place was disgusting, also extra pillows on our bed had small stains on them. Rooms were definetely too small and poorly ventilated, we needed to keep the door open for the most time. We think that acutally there was an extra ventilation system but we only heard it buzzing in extremely airless conditions, and it was turning itself off after 2-5min of open doors, definetely threshold was set too low. Shared bathroom space was not the cleanest but mostly ok, mainly guests messed over the day. Whole place felt kinda like it was nice and new some time ago but slowly got worse and neglected over time up to now.

Location was good, asian supermarket next door is amazing. Lights next to bed add to nice evening experience.

Not sound proof so we can hear when the people living above us moves, talks and uses the sockets. The property door is not locked so maybe it’s not safe.

Very clean and new! Mattress is comfortable! They even provide toothpaste and towels for make up.

Carpet is at its end...🙃😐

Everything was really ok though carpet should be renewed. I was the guy who fixed both electrical plugs in the toilets (please ask chambermaid Anna). The other person is chitchatting in 1am. And they bothered our sleep. I thought that 10pm is silent so the other can be sleep in tight. I thought that is sound proof.😔But we our not satisfied with the noise in middle of the night.

Room was really small and it get hot while you are in so from time to time you have to open the door to get air in, I won't say fresh air, because window by out room was not working. You get what you pay for.

Everything was really taken care of, clean and new. Well equipped kitchen, showers, toilets, sinks and leisure area. For this price, very good.

Need to request for towels to be changed. Not always someone present to ask those kind of questions. People who stay in hostel in general are ppl who say only Hi, do not expect to become good friends with anyone here. It's just hi/bye all the time.

Location is 30-40 Min from center if you walk like me. I am not much of a man caring about location I sleep. So not the right person to answer that question probably.

Maybe the toilets could've been a little better managed (hygiene)

Everything was rather straight forward! We would've preferred to be on the top room, but it wasn't specified well enough when booking, however, the bottom part was also just as usable!

The acoustic of the room is not that good, we could hear the neighbohrs speaking with each other sometimes. And first night it got really hot inside the room. The room temperature should have be controlled by us.

Location and commom areas are great. The bed is confortable and it has lots of plugs to charge phones. The shower is great! The kitchen is also good but we couldnt find a microwave.

Overall it was a good stay, but one thing really disappointed us. The sheets were with stains and we contacted the property immediately and they responded almost asap, which was great. We sent photos via email (as it was requested) and they explained that the earliest they can is midnight, which was way too late for us. We arranged the sheets to be changed the next morning at 11 am and slept in the dirty sheets. On the next day we went exploring the city and around 1 pm I reminded them via the app about the sheets (which would have already been changed, but wanted just to make sure). When we got in the room, the sheets were unchanged and they didn't do anything, so we slept the second and last night in the dirty sheets again............ keep your promises and communicated between each other!

A good value for the money. The location isn't perfect, but isn't bad as well - 25-30 minutes to the city center, which is very acceptable.
