Shower stall door was not fully closing so water would be on the bathroom floor.

No one help me with luggage when I arrived the hotel to check in… I took my luggage by my self to my room… no luggage boy there !!!

The hotel location was perfect for visiting Old Town , Mirabell Gardens and lots of restaurants in the area. The rooftop bar had fabulous views and the staff was so courteous!

Hot towels and a glass of Prosecco at check in was a great way to start. Nice thick towels in a well appointed bathroom that could double as a squash court. Lovely view from the room and even better from the terrace bar where good breakfast served.

Only complaint - AC unit would rattle, sometimes annoying.

Great location across from Old Town and very close to attractions, restaurants, bakeries and shops. Friendly, helpful staff, very easy check-in/out. Nice room with very comfy bed, AC kept room at nice temp. Room fridge stocked with free water and juice. Good size bath with walk-in shower. Rooftop bar/ restaurant is very popular amongst guests and outsiders alike with great views of the Old Town and Salzach River.

We were offered a glass of champagne while we were waiting for our room to be ready (only 20 min). The woman and the front desk and the bell man were terrific! The location was great, but the rooftop was exceptional! The food was wonderful and the view was stunning! Parking is about 3 blocks from the hotel, but it was great to have a spot.

parking was expensive and quite a ways away from the hotel. However, grateful parking was available during the busy weekend we were there. The rooftop restaurant gets extremely busy so definitely make a reservation. Unfortunately I did not do that and was unable to be seated.

Rooms were quite small and the gym was new but only had a couple of pieces of equipment.

Furniture seems modern but is in fact oldfashioned and braking.

Front of house staff seemed uninspired.

Great location. Views from the rooftop bar were fantastic. Great vibe, drinks and staff upstairs. Room was very comfortable and good views over the river and old town.

Perfect central location for all the venues of the Salzburger Festspiele coupled with great service at the front desk. Our only downside was the much-lauded Steinterrasse, which really needs to embrace the concept of global warming. It was stifling hot, there were only 2 small fans and none of the umbrellas were able to angle to block the sun! In 30C+ at 5pm, we had to sit with our backs to the beautiful view to survive in a small slice of shade but many people just chose to leave…
