Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomNeeded a washing machine as the ones in the hotel were always in use, needed a drying rack for clothes, kitchen very minimal. It is not 2 bedrooms - one bedroom and a pull down bed in the lounge area but plenty of room still in lounge with bed down. Bed in bedroom is a very small double - would have been a tight squeeze if my husband had been with me.
Location is just stunning and the view is magnificent. Lovely balcony area to sit … lots of do but you need a car. Lots of hot water and hotel is very well heated. There is a pool and spa in the hotel but you have to pay. Lots of parking . Lots of lovely walking from the hotel. BG is an easy walk down the hill about 20 mins - good supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, cafe and restaurant in the village is awesome with its own bar and bakery! Always something going on in BG.

China1. It is very close to Hallstatt and can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. 2. There are gas stations and supermarkets nearby. 3. The check-in instructions given by the landlord are very detailed, making it easier to check in. 4. Free parking, just at the entrance of the apartment 5. Washing machines and household machines in the basement, 50cents/1kw 6. The room has a kitchenette, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware and tableware are very comprehensive. 7. There is an elevator to reach every floor, very helpful for people with a lot of luggage

Fantastic area for hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. Endless silence at night and the view in the morning is breathtaking. The very clean little apartment is perfect for two people, but four can also be comfortably accommodated with the extra bed that can be folded down in the living room. The equipment is retro, so it is not sensitive. After a whole day's trip, you can let yourself go in a very homey way, sunbathing on the large terrace and waiting for the sunset

Beautiful view from the balcony! Nice bedroom, little but useful kitchenette, good bathroom. If you travel by car it's a great option to stay here instead of very expensive Hallstadt (15 min scenic drive)
