How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

A modern hotel next to the railway station. A bit remote from the town itself. Rooms we a bit small but comfortable. Buffet breakfast was a bit on the pricey side but was ample and fresh. Restaurant was very good. Parking underneath the building at cost.

Hotel staff were very accommodating on our arrival. We arrived around midnight and they emailed us the code to get in and left our keycards out for us for self check-in. During our stay we hired a car and skied around some local slopes and st anton (which was an hour or so drive away). It’s in a lovely little village. It’s a fairly new hotel which was clean and modern. The spa was nice to come back to after a days skiing too. Beds were comfy and rooms were super quiet. Food looked nice but didn’t get a chance to eat there. Would stay here again for sure.

Kickboards under the window in room 105 are loose and one ceiling light was dead.
Cleanness, wellness area, comfortable beds, design of interior, great breakfast, location in Dornbirn.

I booked a double bed room. But the bed seemed to be too small for a double bed. Also the room is quite tiny considering it’s a double room for two person occupancy.

All was perfect
Super modern and tasteful architecture. Very attentive and friendly staff. Great location close to the railway and city centre. Top garage for the car.

The incredible beautiful atmosphere of the room. Suite 22.
I did not book the breakfast. The location is perfect - for transportation with the train. But no interesting scenery.

Room was rather small. For us it was a bit difficult to find the hotel as there are several one way streets and navigation did not find the route to the given address.
Nice hotel next to the train station. Breakfast was superb. Wellness area rather small but nice. Staff was very accommodating. Restaurant was also great for a dinner.

The room was very good but maybe quite little. I enjoyed a lot the breakfast and the sauna. Staff was kind and always available and the position was perfect for the conference center.

First 2 days was a ltlle bit cold in my room
Very good location near train and bus station. Nice room with very comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast with fresh vegetables, fruits and prosecco. Also tasty menu in hotels restaurant in the evening. Helpful staff.

Breakfast is a bit pricey.
Centrally located, great design, quiet and comfy, very friendly staff, excellent wellness facilities. Parking in the basement at a good rate. Flexible che-in and check-out times. Very good value for money.

Some of the room layout/equipment choices look fancy but arent really practical (not possible to have window opened for ventilation and at the same time have the curtains closed, toilet separated from the rest of room only with flimsy glass 'doors' with ZERO sound insulation, not really any logical place where to put a bath mat...)
Fashionable, recently renovated hotel, room exceptionaly well insulated from outside noise, very comfy bed.

Already wrote that above. ;-) Maybe one thing … the smell in my room wasn‘t that good, i don’t know where that was coming from. But i already talked about that with the nice lady at the hotel.
The breakfast was really good. I love Avocados :-) Coffee could be done better. „Wilma“ was fun!

Business room (16 sqm) is better suited for single use. For one night it may be ok for two, though. Otherwise book another option.
Great recent hotel with awesome breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is clean and fresh. If in Dornbirn, I would highly recommend this hotel, please add the breakfast to your booking. It is so great and worth the extra money.
