Visited with our one and half year old son and this place worked perfectly for us, Well presented one bedroom apartment, in a interesting building, lift in building a big plus, stairs can only done by adults by themselves, Amazing view across the river to the snow capped hills behind the town, their are bars, restaurants literally at the ground floor and next door, a laundromat about 3 minutes walk away was very handy, we really enjoyed our stay at Innsbruck

This place is tucked away in the multitude of doors peppering the famed zig zig line of Innsbrucks colorful. Easy to find, reach and access ( there is a life), the building has a total of 6 apartments, 3 facing the Inn, and the rest with a view of the Nordkette Alps. I stayed in the latter on the top floor - it was peaceful and quiet. Check in and out was a breeze, there is also an elevator in the building. The room itself is a delight - everything’s been thought through to ensure a home-like stay. The noise isolation is excellent - the only sound from-the outside were the birds and the hourly church bells, when you left the windows open. There is a long balcony that overlooks the Nordkette - beautiful view. The kitchen’s stocked with cutlery,pots, pans, bowls and even a french press with coffee from a locally famous roastery. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the folks here had thought everything through. Katrin was always prompt in communicating and my requests ( cleaning schedule, invoices) and queries were responded to promptly and thoroughly. I will be back here whenever I visit IBK - recommended for long or short stays.

I loved everything :)

I loved this accommodation! The apartment was very cozy and had everything I needed for a nice stay. I loved the fact that there was a bathtub! The house is in the "colorful houses" area, which is a big plus. The street is super beautiful and located near the marketplace. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

We liked everything

Cozy single room apartment, with everything you need. Quality interior and great styling. If you want to sleep in peace then take the apartment with the yard view. It’s close to the old town for food and drinks and about 12min drive to Hungerburg where you can take the Nordkettenbahn to the top or enjoy different hiking trails.

While there was some noise from the street, particularly noticeable due to a bar located downstairs where people often gathered, it didn't significantly detract from my overall enjoyment. I've enjoyed the stay.

What a wonderful place! It was a complete apartment with a kitchen, bedroom, a beautiful, well-lit living room... and a spectacular bathroom with a large and comfortable bathtub. The view from the property was breathtaking; you could see the main river of the city, and it was only 5 minutes walk from the main tourist attractions. The staff was always very friendly.

It's just perfect.

The house was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. Its convenient location allows easy access to all the main attractions, while still offering a peaceful retreat.

The location is just perfect. In less than 5 mins walk you are in the old town of Innsbruck. The view from the room is 5*. The apartment has everything you need . Only one suggestion I would give. If it had a little brush and a dustpan that would have been helpful to keep the floor tidy after my son had his snack or meal.

We struggled the open the Futon bed fully and the kitchen hob would not operate more than one ring at a time.

The location was perfect and the apartment was warm, comfortable and just what we needed. Everything was clean, modern and well looked after and the bathroom was really nice. Overall a great apartment.
