It would be even better if the room had a mini fridge but that was our personal preference.

The room looked just like the pictures! We ended up getting a larger room which was really nice! It had the basic needs such as shampoo, a hairdryer and a kettle. The room was also very clean and we got new towels everyday (If we wanted to). We had to get used to the design/layout of the room at first, but after just one day it was finee. The beds were very comfortable aswell. Really loved the extra sitting space like the little couch and stool, and the kinda bench like area. The location was also so so convenient. There are five busstops closeby (all stops with the same name but different busses and directions, about 2 to 4 mins walking) and the city center is just a 20 minute walk (or around 10 min with bus). There is also a train station close by which is 6 minutes walking or a 15 minute walk to the Central Station(around 7 min by bus). The last thing is that there are two "better known" supermarkets near the hotel too!

The neighborhood was not very pleasant, lacking good and safe restaurants. The phone for contact was difficult to reach. Several times no one answered.

The location is very near the Paracelsus Medical University, which was very convenient for me but it is not so near the city center and there are not many things around. Also it was a bit weird to get in the hotel without any personnel relaying on the messages.

The provided soap/lotion were switched or the pump did not work. There are only really hangers for clothes so not too convenient for a longer stay. We did not hear not see any staff, apart from the caffee/restaurant. The room door does not have any internal key and the door is opened on a code. Would be great to have an opportunity to lock it from the inside manually.

The room is nicely decorated and comfy. The view on the inner garden was also nice. The ability for self-check-in was very useful. All in all, a nice place to stay for a long weekend and explore the city.

Might be useful for travellers arriving later in the evening to have a simple ‘creative ‘ card with info about the cafe opening hours for breakfast

The access to the hotel and to the room was made via a PIN code which does not guarantee that nobody else can use it. I did feel safe however

The hotel was close to heart of Salzburg, but the area was not so interesting.

Simple but cool designs. All stuffs are helpful and nice. Room with bathroom was clean and comfortable.

The cafe was closed when I got there (aroun 11:30am ) and would have loved a coffee after my all nighter travelling to get there.

Great location, clean room and common areas and friendly staff. Super easy to come and go with the door codes.

The couches in the area of the lockers could maybe be used for staying a bit after the Check-out, especially in winter :). We ordered a coffee with non-lactose milk and at the end they provided it with lactose milk.

The breakfast and the rooms were very nice. Even though the surroundings of the Hotel are not super beatiful, it is located in a strategic point.

Breakfast was nothing special. They sell Fresh brioche during the day in the bar. And you get the same brioche from the day before for the breakfast. Lowest quality toilet paper possible.

Everything was clean. Place was quiet. Beautiful rooms. Great location. Girls at the bar in the morning where very kind. Girl night before on the reception was a bit nervious by the phone call She Had before the conversation.

We found bed bugs on our bed on the final night :( which would explain the blood stains

Very modern and nice interior. Walkable distance to the centre, very easy! The staff is friendly too. It’s convenient to have the cafe for a good ambience and freshly brewed coffee!

I felt this was bordering on the slightly poorer part of town. I wasn’t 100% comfortable going out at night on my on nearby.

Location. Easy to walk from train, along the river, to the castle, to Augustinerbrau. Cool small pub next door. Breakfast was excellent.

We would have liked to have tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Nice facilities with a lift, separate toilet and shower and basin in the room. A bit of a walk but not too far from the station. Good to breakfast at their cafe below.

The only thig really missing was a bedside table/shelf. The downstairs cafe has very small tables and is not that comfortable. Unfortunately the cafe was not open on arrival so it meant we had to walk back into the town for a warm refreshment.

The room was spacious and clean. The location to the main station was perfect. It was also exceedingly practical that the airport bus runs from outside the hotel. Its a nice walk along the river to the old city and there is a bus if you are feeling weary. There is a cafe downstairs with a courtyard. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room had a small balcony which was a bonus.

The self check in with the code is a bit strange but you have someone in the cafe if you need someone from the hotel
