To enter the room you need a code and it is unknown if this code is shared with the 3rd parties, although the environment felt safe yet there was no way I could lock my door behind which raised my security concerns.

The rooms were slightly cramped but seems fair considering the proximity to city centre.

The staff. Mela was extremely helpful with not just our stay but helping us plan our days in Salzburg. We arrived during a time when a lot of places were shut and she really went above and beyond to guide us. Can’t imagine how our trip would have turned up without this warm hospitality.

- having no doors to bathroom was cool and veird at the same time. Intresting to experience how to be a pervert to be able to watch your partner shower from the comfort of your bed 😅 - but the brekfast was absolutely poor For 31€ all you can expect is a cup of tea, bread, chese, ham. No eggs, no bacon, no warm food. Absolutely the most underrated brekfast I have a ever had. Border line scam for that price.

Strange room arrangement, a lot of space is lost due to bed being placed in the center of the room Strange bath facilities, no actual bathroom no refrigerator in the room, no sink in the room with the toilet, No real warderobe, a few hangers also in the center of the room only one hot drink with the breakfast(this was a first!!!), Check out at 10:00 This huge desire to be different can sometimes make the situation ridiculous. We lost a lot of time trying to check out via qr code, turned out the systems checks us out automatically. If you want to save cost by reducing personnel, at least make sure to provide good service.

Arrived couldn’t enter. Another couple told us we had to fill out an online form. We did still no entry code slipped in. No one to speak to. No person onsite had no code so afraid to leave and come back. So we left rented a different hotel.

There was very limited storage space in the rooms, no cupboards or shelves to unpack clothing etc. We had the cleaner knocking on our door at 8:30am which seemed a little early. We arrived early but were not allowed to check in early to the rooms. The area the hotel is in is not the nicest, though the stroll into the town is quite nice along the river. Room temperature was very difficult to get right. Also - we booked bubble bath suite but there was no bubble bath in the room!

Comfy beds and relatively easy check-in process once you worked out how to use the keypads. Room was okay, big TV inside the room and a nice little balcony.

Everything is perfect with the price we paid. There are multiple socket slots provided in all the convenience locations. Many hooks are provided for clothes with a well-designed interior. Easy check-in and check-out with pin code.

If I was being really picky it was a bit odd having the bed in the middle of the room but it didn't really detract from the experience

We knew the location was a 20 minute walk to the town centre and for the price we paid we weren't expecting too much. The rooms were spotlessly clean, they had thought of everything and it exceeded our expectations.

Couldn’t feel the charm I felt when I saw the pictures of the room. The bed was really small and uncomfortable eventough it should be a large double bed. The bed felt like sleeping in the car. Parking 5min walking distance in a public garage not included (21€). The air condition was on auto too strong and we couldn’t turn it off or change the temperature (it was not working). We didn’t like the district and as it is on the main street you can hear the noice of the cars, sirens, people screaming, etc. the whole night. We wouldn’t book it again.

The room is a bit small with lots of space wasted in the bathroom, as there is an disuseful area in the bathroom. you can't check-in before 3pm even your room is ready. The air didn't work.

The fashionable design. It's managed under the Numa, using PIN to access service and room. 2min walk to bus station, ride 10min on bus can get to old Town and bahnhof. The bed is 1.8m which is larger than most of the room in town. The place has a comfortable shared backyard.

Can't complain, but the ground-level room we were may get a little bit noisy as there's a common area for the hotel next to it.

The room is very spacious and well furnished, very modern too. The region is a little far away from the city centre, but it's a walkable distance if you're athletic. There's a cafe in front of the hotel, with a delicious brie and jelly sandwich. We really enjoyed chatting with Melanie!
