Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandThe hotel is quite dated, the corridors and the rooms are very bland. The furniture is quite old in the room but it doesn't necessarily take away from the stay. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and huge and the room was spotless and it was cleaned every day.

AustriaI regretted that there were no tea and coffee making facilities, which are pretty standard nowadays and could be expected for this price range. The painting was peeling off a little in the corners. It was not possible to regulate the heating, which was a little cold in my taste. The breakfast is extremely expensive.
The bedding and the toiletries are remarkable. The room is quite nice and comfortable. The bathroom is quite nice, too. The wine bar downstairs is excellent.

Czech RepublicParking in Parkhaus Weitzer needs to be paid separately now. This is not very handy. I hope the hotel will be able to extend the cooperation deal in the future.
Wonderful, central location and a fabulous breakfast buffet. Good shower pressure and comfortable rooms. Wifi worked very well in different locations throughout the hotel.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaI paid 170 EUR for one night and the parking was not free, which was a surprise for me. I came at 6 p.m. on Saturday, very tiered from the road, and I had to circle around for half an hour outside and in the city garage to find a free space to park. Parkin for one night in the city garage cost me 30 EUR, but the lady from reception gave me a discount card for parking as a Christmas present, and in the end, I paid 17 EUR instead of 30 EUR. Breakfast was average, I expected more. The bathroom was very small in comparison with room which was very big.
Location was very good. Very close to the city center.
