We stayed only one night but it was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable, as well as the bathroom, pretty spacious. We liked the chairs and the ceiling light, designed with wood and rope, such details really make a difference. All in all, we were surprised with the quality of accomodation for such an affordable price!

The owner (otherwise polite and friendly) expected deposit on top of the booking.com fee. It was indeed mentioned in small print in the booking details. Still, I don't like the hassle of any extra payments.

Great location, quick access to hiking areas, but also walking distance from the restaurants in the centre of town. Spacious showers.

If you don't choose a suite as we did, you get to use a comunal kitchen, 2 stairs down, very small and without windows. It was however very well equipped and we were the only ones using it so it was OK for us.

The apartment itself was simply very good. However, we had some difficulties communicating up-front, as we did not receive all relevant e-mails. Quite possibly because of a mishap in Booking's system. The issue was easily resolved, but make sure you get the access codes by e-mail as you need these to enter the property. We were required to provide detailed credit card details for the deposit - while a deposit is normal, there are better ways of doing that.

Easily enough space for a family of four, comfortable beds, OK bath room, well equipped kitchen, good location. Everything very clean, modern, tastefully decorated and new. Actually the sauna (shared with the other apartments) was surprisingly nice. (regarding the location, in summer as was our case there are plenty of walking and cycling routes nearby - the apartment has all information available)

Everything and was a very pleasant stay. Katy makes all the difference. she was very accommodating and help us a lot on all the questions we had about the area, property and activities that the kids can do. For sure we will comeback again soon

When going to sauna have to go outside on a cold weather , but its not so far

Liked the room, we had zimmer , for next time will take the suite, we liked the view aswell as sauna and a pool, bed very comfortable, had balcony with Wow effect will come back for sure ,also kitchen had everything that we needed

We would have liked it if we had some bathrobes which we could use to walk down to the sauna.

The house and the room felt modern, luxurious, new and clean. Very nice shower and bed (big and soft!). Good kitchen downstairs, great sauna and tub and nice to have a ski room! We liked using a code to open our room instead of carying keys with us. The staff was very friendly. The small village, Mauterndorf, is really cute and cosy with nice restaurants and bars. And of course, the ski areas! We went to Mauterndorf and Obertauern, and we had an amazing time.

The place is really new and tastefully decorated. Very clean and spacious. The hospitality is wonderful.

There weren’t enough parking places next to the property (we could park next to the accomodation 2 out of 3 nights), so we had to park in the village center for one day. The ROOMS do not come with a kitchen, or kitchenware. When we arrived the thermostat was set to 15 celsius, (and took a while to get warmer) which is a bit cold for most people I think. You might want to contact the property beforehand to push the heat up a notch.

Great modern apartment, it was easy to get the keys. Comfortable bed, good shower. The location is excellent for multiple ski resorts, we were at Obertauern, about 15 minutes from the property by car.
