We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The half board is absolutely recommended. The breakfast had perfectly adequate selection and the dinner was 4 courses optional with very delicious meals. The location of the hotel is perfect.

We made a stop in this hotel on our way to ski holidays in Italy and we found a very clean an comfortable place, a very good restaurant with delicious local food for dinner and a varied and fresh breakfast in the morning. All the staff people were also very friendly and helpful.

HungaryWe had a disagreement with the management. Our request was evetually met, but the approach of the owner was extremly arrogant. We have never experienced such kind of sarcastic approach towards the guest before. It was a real shame.

CanadaRoom was spotless and newly painted in 2021. The bed was so comfortable and we later learned that they were new in 2023. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their family run hotel. We also ate dinner in the hotel and the food was excellent. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection of hot and cold items.
