The room is large and very clean. It has a TV, hairdryer, and windows overlooking the street. The place of residence was beautiful and close to the city center and public transportation for those who do not have a car, and also close to halal food stores. Entry was easy and everything was beautiful.

There was cabinet to hang your clothes but there was no hanger. Because it was good weather we opened the windows, but because of that everywherre were dust, we stayed there 7 days, it has to be something that we can clean or to be cleaned. The internet connection was not good at all

Room and bathroom was so large, it was so good. There was also kettle and mini kitchen, fridge , hair dryer towels. Location was good very close to train.

The back of the bed was rather worn out and didn't look aesthetically. The rest was fine :)

Nice, tidy and the photos were actually the same with the apartment. It was easy to transfer to and from the centre of Vienna by public transportation so as it was to the museums and sights. We loved the place

Noisy construction nearly , the shower room is bit stink maybe it come from the pipe.

The location is great, close to the train station, from which trains run every few minutes to the Wien Hbf and to the city centre. The apartment was spacious and warm.

Hard to rate the staff since there was no staff interaction other than reading emails. Instructions were very good, however, and the room was clean! The place lacked vibe/soul.

Location and price are good. Many shopping and food places are nearby.

There was no hand soap in the soap dispenser.

Very pleased, small kitchen with all the necessary tools for a few nights. Perfect bed and bathroom. Very warm.

We thought we were getting an apartment with two rooms and kitchen, but instead we got 2 separated rooms and obviously no kitchen. Also, one of the rooms did not have shampoo in the shower cabin.

The rooms were clean and warm. The location was also really good.

There is construction going on outside and it can be noisy in the late hours of the night. You can also hear the neighbours too! If you opt for a double bed, note that it is two single beds pushed together.

Very basic, but to be expected for the price! In a good location for the underground, tram, trains and buses though.

Just small issues - Shower room a bit small and screen has gaps allowing some leaks. The kitchenware can be improved in both quality and quantity. The headboards of the bed has wear-and-tear fading, maybe some cover can make it look much nicer? Overall speaking I'm very happy with the stay at the good price.

All day and all night (they never stop even at the nights ) constructions of metro outside of rooms And this will be untill the end of 2024 so be aware of. We had always the window close but still you could hear it. In the bathroom was a bad smell like a pit you cant stand it,you should have the window open all the time cause of the smell **Something which nobody wrote--The location is close to centre but is a Turkish area They all are Turks and arabic people and all turkish shops I don't know if the night is safe to walk around

At night there was carrying out road repair work and it was impossible to sleep. Refrigerator Is probably old, so you wont sleep with him on either.

due to some construction work in the street (non stop 24 hrs) the stay in the apartment was not so comfortable.

Room has no air conditioning and there was construction work in front of the apartment so I had to chose between sleeping in loud or warmness. Some facilities (iron, free toiletries) written on the room info were missing. Cleanliness wasn't the best, there was dust in some places, but overall it was okay.

Room and bathroom were bigger than I expected which was a big plus for me. Very close to the public transportation, it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city center. Neighborhood was good, I didn't feel unsafe even when I got home alone at very late time (02:00 am).

To be honest it could have been a little bit cleaner. :( Maybe this is because I am a clean freak, but other than that all the other stuff exceeded my expectations!

The room was amazing! The bed was comfortable and overall the staff was great, because they helped me to check-in earlier than check- in time!
