The bedding really needs to be replaced - very clean but lots of marks, holes and fraying, so makes you feel like its not very clean. And a double check once made - I am that person who checks the bedding and found lots of hairs on all the sheets in all 3 of the bedrooms.

Very Clean, Great sized bedrooms, Dining table and chairs very comfortable. Hairdryer, coffee machine all good and workable. Mattresses comfortable and heating very good - if anything slightly too warm - but def not complaining. Great power shower = and again super clean and efficient. Even has a washing machine.

However, I strongly do not recommend a longer stay. Garbage is not thrown out of the bins, the room is not cleaned. I've seen other rooms where short stay visitors get a basic cleaning, but I was for a long stay of eight days. There were no trash bags provided and no indication that we were to dispose of our trash (add photos). There were no tools to clean the floor. I had to buy extra toilet paper as the smallest pack of two balls cost the price of ten.

Access to the building and room was very easy - I was given clear directions. The room was lovely, with everything you need, the bathroom too - like in the best hotel. It was very clean upon my check in. This place is recommended for a two-three day stay. Previously there was a review that one of the doors of the shower cabin does not close - no problem, it does not close smoothly, but with your hands carefully you can move it tightly. The subway to the address does not run at the moment, but there is a convenient tram, and it is also about a 35-minute walk to the center via Wiedner Hauptstrasse. In warm weather, the large terrace will be a great bonus.

Bed wasn't very comfortable for a couple as it is two beds just pushed together and they would separate if one would lay on the middle. The kitchen had three cooking pans all unusable because they were burned, scratched and had some grease on it i couldn't remove even with two washes, new ones should definitely be provided as the room is advertised with a kitchenette. The toilet had some smell emitting from it but I assume that's due the the construction outside the building, maybe they're messing with the pipes or something, but we kept the window in the bathroom open so the smell wasn't much of an issue. All on all it is a very good apartment in a safe neighborhood that I would honestly recommend. But those pans should definitely be replaces and one big sheet could be put over the two mattresses so they don't pull apart.

The location is great, only few stops with the train (station is right around the corner) to the city center, facilities were very clean and the bathroom is modern and nice.

There was a construction site near the property and they worked 24/7 so there was a lot of noise. I also disliked the fact that there was an ugly smell in the bathroom. The sheet had lint on it and it gave the impression that it was dirty.

The apartment was good looking, the mattresses were very comfortable, the room was heated and i was pleasantly surprised by the water heater and the tea and coffee.

There was a horrible, unbearable smell in the toilet... The apartment was not cleaned up properly before our arrival.

The accomodation was close to the centre, many public transport opportunities.
