a coffee machine or a kettle would have been nice in the room. Outdoor pool could have been slightly hotter. In comparison to the hotel rooms and dining area, the reception, lounge and the pool area look really outdated…. like from the 80‘s.

Beautiful settings and high up in the Dolomites area. Rooms were large enough for 4-5 people. Rooms were clean with contemporary furnishings and the views from our room were breathtaking. Food was good and plentiful and the service in the dining room was amazing. Check in and check out was fast and efficient.

Great hotel with a lot of attention for their guests (young and old). Perfect service, friendly personnel. Very clean hotel and rooms. A lot of facilities for all ages. Nice swimming pools and the breakfast, lunch and dinner are a big positive surprise. The buffets are made with a very high standard. very tasty and big choice for all. Some local specialties are included. Also for kids this hotel is great. A lot of activities and special foods are available for them. Also the location is great, just 10 minutes from the Italian border. Beautiful located between the mountains and guests from the hotel can use 5 "cable-trains" for free. We will come back for sure!

Location beautiful views, nice lobby area to relax in. Good breakfast & half fare was reasonable. We didn't get time to hike or use the facilities but the area looked amazing.

everything is exceptional, there are a lot of benefits: mountain view, spa, sauna, restaurant, perfect service and stuff, slopes in 70meters from the hotel! rooms for ski equipment

Unfortunately the kids room is closed on a crucial day, Saturday, so if you visit the hotel over a weekend this is not convenient (if you plan to play there with your baby).

The hotel was fantastic, very clean, new and beautiful. The bedroom was also very nice, with comfortable beds. The food was very tasty, the buffet gives you a lot of options to choose, plus the staff at the restaurant was very professional and also very kind with our baby all the time. The hotel has also a stunning sauna area, plus two swimming pools (one for kids) . In addition a kids room/kids club is available, so the kids can play safely and have fun.

I must say I do not feel comfortable speaking with the ladies on the reception. There is one nice guy there, but the ladies are a bit unprofessional.

This year we really enjoyed it! the location is perfect right next to the ski lift.You can park the car and forget about it for the time of your stay. the hotel is very cozy and practical for a family logistics. it has nice pool area, the water is nice warm even for small kids. the spa area is one of the best I experienced- not too big yet it has it all and it is very clean and cozy! Hotel has a play room with day care if you wish to leave the kids for some time. The restaurant is nice and there is a big variety of delicious food. The staff is nice in general, but you can see differences in “departments” /teams. the restaurant staff is the best - they are well organized, speak many languages and they are very professional and yet natural and friendly. The cleaning staff is great - very good job they do and they are very nice! everything is perfectly clean! The staff in the Spa area are also very good and as well the ladies in the kinder club!

The concept of this hotel is perfect and it is implemented perfectly down to the details. I was positively surprised by the "Marende", an afternoon snack buffet with soups, very good choice of salads, and fruit salad. After a bit more than a half day on the bike in the mountains, where you tend to eat less than you should, this is very much appreciated. Not only does the hotel have a good indoor spa and outdoor pool, it even has a small natural pond (very clean and large enough for swimming). No disturbing standby light of the TV. Clean style of the rooms with very decorative wood. Good lighting for any taste and lots of electrical sockets. They cook very well and the dinner has a substantial buffet component with lots of choice. The breakfast buffet has everything you could wish for at very high product quality. It also harbours pleasant local surprises. This hotel may not be cheap, but it is extremely good value for money.

We had an unpleasant experience with the rooms at the start and the reception staff did little to manage the situation and make good customer care. We specifically reserved a room with a wide sofa/ relaxing window bed in it and when we got to the hotel I specifically asked if I am getting the room from the photos and a young receptionist said that she is really sorry but they mixed something and we are not getting that room until the next day. She said that the room will be ready next day at 13h the latest and the next day we confirmed the timing as our little one sleeps at 13h. So we got back from snow at 13:00 , they gave us the key of the room and confirmed that our things are already transferred. We entered a completely dirty, uncleaned room with dirty diapers all around. I was furious and the little one already grumpy because it was his nap time. so they apologized and gave us a 3rd room for the nap time. To sum up- we spent the first 2 out of our 7 day vacation moving from room to room and to make it up to us they offered us a free drink at the dinner time. What I mind the most is even though I asked 3 times to have a word with the reception manager he/she never appeared to even listen to what we had to say. Each time the young girls were explaining “oh the manager is not currently here but I will tell him to call you as soon as he gets back”. Also if just to check if everything was solved , to check upon our further satisfaction, any feedback - None. you can feel no real human behavior from the employees in this hotel, no sincere devotion to solving these situations or leaving any good impression.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and modern. Very clean and tidy. Great for kids as there is a kids club well equipped and the pools suitable for small kids so our little one enjoyed it very much. 3minutes by car there is a nice sledding area and a ski school for the youngest. For skiing, the gondola starts just across the street from the hotel which is very handy. Ski slopes are wide and quite long and they were quite empty end of February /beginning of March so we enjoyed it to the fullest. The spa is beautiful and large with a variety of saunas and relaxing areas.
