1. It does not have an inner restaurant for the hotel but there are many close restaurants next to it. 2. Keys. The keys were normal keys. However, the hotel gives you the option to keep it with you or with them but the keychain was too heavy for me to carry it so I preferred to leave it with them. 3. The prices were a bit too high for a solo traveler. There was no big difference between a single and double room. I would have liked to have a lower price for the single room and a lower price for one person in general.

1. The location was perfect! Everything is close to you and the cathedral and mozarthaus is literally 2 minutes away from the hotel by walking. 2. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Everyone was so kind and always willing to help and guide. I asked so many questions about where to go and they always helped me with a smile on their faces. 3. The double room was beautiful! I felt like it was even bigger than whats shown in the pictures. The room and bathroom were very clean. 4. The hotel is so trustworthy and very understanding and flexible.

This hotel is lovely. The location is perfect, just down the street from St. Stephen Square. My room was spacious and sparkling clean. I had breakfast each morning, and it was very nice, full buffet. Staff were kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I will likely stay there again soon, myself.

The lift is small.

Loved the hotel. Couldn't have chosen better at a guess. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice building, old with character. Close to some amazing sites. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip. We loved this hotel.

Perfect Location, just behind St. Stephen's Cathedral, a major shopping district with lots of eateries and restaurants, is less than 2 minutes away. Proximity to Stepahsplatz and Stubentor Metro Stations. It is easily accessible to a tram stop, too. Very clean facility, with the necessary amenities. The room was very warm, didn't have to put on the heater, warmest so far in all the hotels I have stayed at in various cities on this my 15 days European trip. Quiet and comfortable beds. Very warm and friendly staff.

The rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear all the happenings of outside / hallways. Fortunately most guests and passersby were all respectful during usual expected quiet times.

Our rooms were small and didn’t quite live up to the first impressions of the hotel. The bar in the hotel was closed for two of the nights we were there, so we couldn’t relax in the hotel in the evenings with a drink. Minor triviality, but there was a nice sitting area in the hotel, which was much nicer to sit in at night than our very small rooms.

The hotel facade was breathtaking as was lobby. Loved the convenience of the locations. The staff were very accomodating and the rooms for their size were adequate.

The rooms need renovation and there is no packaged soap, shampoo etc. to use. The automatic soap/shampoo dispensers don’t seem nice to use since you don’t know the ingredients.

best location, very near to Stephanzplatz. At the back of the hotel there is Mozart's apartment. Close to all amenities including pharmacy and supermarket. Very close to metro station.
