We had some problems with the AC system since it turned on automatically when it wasn't needed, but it didn't give us too much trouble.

So just an overnight stop for us before going on holiday so decided to go for a suite and parking at the hotel and breakfast. So our suite was up on the 22nd floor and a speedy lift to get up there no problem, the suite was modern in design and presentation and clean, the bathroom had a couple of issues however all the soap dispensers were empty no big issue we always have our own, the bigger problem was the vanity light that seemed to missing its cover exposing the LED lights and the open wiring which in a wet room is a serious issue, luckily we did not need the light so no problem, on departure I did mention the issues and was very quickly offered some compensation which we turned down as in honesty it had had no impact on us. The other point to raise if you like a shower that blasts out the water in preparation for a new day you are in for a disappointment and the AC did not seem to want to play either but the opening of a window solved the problem. The staff were excellent young and knowledgeable and deliver a top level service across the board, the breakfast was excellent and the later 12 o clock check out very welcome. Also being at the end of the U2 underground line getting into the city was very easy. You do get a free minibar on the first night do not get too excited it quite limited to some soft drinks and a beer. Parking at the Hotel is expensive but the will give you details of another car park close by that is considerably cheaper All round has it faults most new places do, but nothing that would stop me going back

The cost of breakfast could be cheaper.

The Hotel has comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. It is very close to a metro station. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and recommend it as an excellent option in Vienna.

Unfortunately the cleanliness in the rooms was quite lacking.

Nice location and great rooms with nice views. The room had all the needed necessities. For us the bonus was, that they welcomed dogs for free! The staff was super welcoming and helpfull!

-I was not too fond of the breakfast as a part of my stay. It was ordinary, which has immense potential for improvement. -The biggest negative point is related to the hotel's location, but being close to the metro station makes it okay.

+The best part of this hotel was the friendly behavior of its staff. After check-in, I wanted to change my room to another with a van in its Bath 🛁 and they easily did so. +The other great point was its free minibar. +There was an item in the lobby in which you could grab fruit, tasty water, and sweets and go. +The view of my room was spectacular +The room service was on demand which means if you want it you should tell them in advance. I like it anyway. +Easy check-in, easy check-out

Spacious, minimalist design, the bed was amazing. The view from our room (16th floor) was good (not on the lake side). The metro station is right where you exit the building, very easy to commute. For parking - there is a parking garage very close for just 4,50 Eur / 24h.

We had forgotten to pay for the breakfast in advance. The lady was very rude to one of my friends who doesn't speak English and she demanded for the payment to be made cash immediately at the restaurant, while everyone was eating. First time that we experience something like this.

The hotel was new, clean and comfortable. Nice view from 11th floor.

There was a minor stench in the toilet, but it went away after a couple of days.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful. Wi-Fi was very fast. The room is very modern and clean and had a nice lake view. Keep in mind that it is quite far from the city, but it is right next to the train station so travelling was easy. The rooms can only be cleaned upon request, but that was never a problem for me, during my three day stay.

A little bit far from Viena, but excellent connection via U2 underground, 20 min to center!

Good parking, excelent room , breakfast and amenities! Extremely clean! You should ask if you want cleaning of the room!

Just rather strong heating, and we couldn't do much about it. My husband liked it though.

The hotel has excellent facilities, a very comfy bed, super tasty breakfast, and is in a very good location, right next to the subway. And of course it is pet friendly, which was the main criteria for us. The staff, Ivan, was very nice and helpful.

I got a very good and relaxing sleep, almost brand new hotel with an "eco" approach. More wood, less concrete means less chemicals somehow. Soundproof room and very good quality bed made my rest really excellent. No noise at all. Ivan, at the reception, was very attentive. Free minibar the arrival day has been a little plus.

Ultra expensive parking, go next door for 4euros a night not 20euros.
