We asked to enter the apartment 2 hours earlier, more than a week in advance. The host said they would confirm if early check in was possible at some point later. Unfortunately they couldn't confirm the early check in, even a few hours before the beginning of our stay. We kept asking about it but we kept getting the same answer - that they would confirm this later. This created some uncertainty about our plans for the first day of our stay. The good news is, we called the host a few hours before the check in and asked to leave our suitcases in the room and the host happily accommodated our request. It would be great to have at least 3 toilet paper rolls.

Very clean, very good location, very good amenities - the Nespresso coffee machine was a great touch, it made my day!

Lack of cups and glasses. (only 2 for wine + 3dcl ikea) 4 small coffee cups. Lack of cutlery, spoons. The bathroom had no shelf for soap. The sofa bed would not be very comfortable. I personally prefer a hard mattress. The toilet was clogged with waste.

Nice location of the apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious. The host responded quickly to our requests. Lots of household appliances. There were soaps and creams in the bathroom. Smart TV + quality Wifi.

We loved everything.

Extremely clean, bright, warm, and spacious flat. Excellent location, only 15 minutes by transport from central Vienna. I loved the fact that the apartment was in an old beautiful building with spiral staircases. The area was very quiet, which made us sleep very well.

The lock system for the door was a bit complicated, and we struggled to open the door every time.

Great location with restaurants all around (the one below the building was very good with huge portions), the metro station was a few minutes walk, apartment is comfortable and staff is very helpful and response time is fast.

I was in Vienna back in January '23 . Seems that they are all in energy savings mode. It was cold then it was cold now too. I do assume lack of any kind of heating has to do with the city regulation. I did message the owner but the silence from the other end told me everything I need to know. There is a gas heating in the Apartment and also Invertor AC but somehow both of them have disabled heating (cooling works on the AC). I understand this has nothing to do with the owner, but this is something I would like to be informed about since I arrived with kids. We are from southern parts of the Balkans so 19 degrees is "camping mode" for us. We were sleeping with our clothes on. If you are from Norway, come here at any time. If you are from the south, like myself, wait for the spring to come. Otherwise, nothing else to complain about.

Place is great, no doubt about it. Clean, spacious. Everything you might need is there. Location is also great. Close to several big markets, good restaurants, city concert hall, shopping center. Price is spot on, so value for money is actually great. For the ones that arrive by car. There are several garages in the area. I did some research, and the best solution was the one under the "Lugner city" shopping center . You will have some 800 by foot after you park, but the garage has the easy access, and its not pricey like the other ones. Around 16 Euros per day. They do work 24/7 weekends included.

no full length mirror or mirror at all in the bedroom to do my hair and make up with a plug close to use for straighteners. shame there was not enough coffee to have every morn for our full time in the apt.

The main bed was not so comfortable.

Good location, close to U Bahn and tram. Plenty of shops around. The apartment was clean and spacious. All basic items were available in the bathroom and kitchen.

Again the sofa and chairs were pretty dirty and stained disappointed because we paid a high price for the place for that surprise. Plus smells like a tabaco all over.

The big bedroom and the bathroom shower the view is nice but the sofas and chair were pretty dirty, so not sure if it’s worth the price the location is great too.

Large spacious apartment, clean, has everything you need, there is air conditioning. A small but functional kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, necessary detergents. Good location, near the tram stop, metro, a good restaurant right in the house, while quiet and peaceful. We liked everything, we will come back again!

When we entered there was some ants as the windows were open The second room doesn’t have an AC and we were not informed with this and weather was too hot When we arrived the host told us that he will give is the apartment at 11 Am and after waiting he told us that it will not be ready until 4 pm and this was a problem for us but he took the luggages and we left and this was a nice solution

Not necessarily something I didn’t like but I think is room for improvement: -it would be useful to have some extra spatula to use it for the breakfast; -a chair for small children in the bathroom

We loved that the property was full equipped and the staff was very friendly. We found everything comfortable and we love our stay here. Also, the property is very close to many facilities (Spar, lidl, penny). It has a lovely Italian restaurant downstairs. It is a great location for a family or a work trip. U3 is very close and easy to reach all you need.

There is no possibility to park the car in the street even for 20 minutes to unload the lugguage.We did that and we received a fine about 36 Euro.We didn't ask if we can park for 20 minutes and that cost us.The nearest parking is about one km away and it costs 16 Euro per day.

We spent great time!The property is near to metro, is clean and it has enough space for a family with 2 big kids.Everthing was great!

It would be great if the apartment has a couple more chairs besides those in a living room.

We enjoyed the stay a lot. Instructions to enter the apartment ware very clear and we haven’t had any issues getting there. Apartment is spacious but cosy, has all that you can need for a short stay. Linens and towels were perfectly clean, a bad was comfortable and wifi was stable. The service was great: one day we requested to change full set of linens due to an accident with our infant daughter. It was late Sunday evening (!!!) and the staff answered back immediately. They delivered us full set of linens in 15 (!!!) minutes! They were very kind and professional.
