Overall, we were satisfied. The staff were very polite and courteous. Additionally, we didn't encounter any issues with parking. It's a 15-minute drive to Innsbruck, and the route is very scenic.

Unfortunately our bathroom had no window and no system to have air inside but a part for this it was a pleasure holiday.

The staff was really polite and explained everything to us, also we had a card to have all the buses in Innsbruck for free and some attractions. We did not have breakfast but surely seemed good.

We went half board and although the food was edible it wasn’t really that nice. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room which there wasn’t

The hotel was in a good location for skiing and sightseeing. Buses ran frequently to the slopes and into Innsbruck.Staff were friendly and helpful, and although the rooms were basic they were clean.

The breakfast could be a little better. I really didnt find anything that i liked, but i'm picky, so no big deal.

It was a nice hotel, in a quiet part of the city. The rooms were very comfortable. It was skiing season so there were lots of people on holiday, and the atmosphere was great. Nothing to complain about.

Not very easy to find the parking lot for the hotel visitors. Comfy bed, but for 2 people, if travelling with kid I would appreciate 1 large mattress so that our child could sleep in the middle. No additional pillow or blanket was prepared for the kid although, we were charged extra.

Bathroom was very tired with no proper shower, damaged light fitting, dark corridor to room making it hard to find door lock. Sauna & steam room needed to be switched on a little earlier as not much time before dinner starts.

Very good selection for breakfast & replenished when running low, evening meal was very good & help yourself to a good choice of salad buffet & 2 soups with bread.

The building is quite old. The heating was turned off at night, during this time the room was too cold for me. The ski room doesn’t have a dryer for boots.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic if eating early - it seemed large groups from the adjacent club hotel took breakfast in the Edelweiss, which made for a very busy breakfast area - with some things like coffee/juice running out faster than the staff could replenish (not staff fault). Quality of the food could be better - I felt it was of lower quality than last year, when I also found the breakfast area much calmer.

Comfortable room, if a bit dated. Good size with added bonus of a balcony which was nice to have. Bed was comfortable. Staff are friendly. Although the hotel could generally do with a little TLC it nonetheless has a relaxed and homely feel and I was very comfortable there. My second stay and I would stay again. Good car parking provision and convenient for the ski bus or bus down into Innsbruck (transport is free with free Innsbruck welcome card provided by the hotel for qualifying stays). There’s a new Der Backer Ruetz cafe immediately next door, which is also convenient.

Surprised there were no croissants or pain au chocolats included in the continental breakfast.

Each of the 5 meals (dinner) we ate ate the hotel was nice, no complaints.

My double room was a little cramped compared to the photos advertised on booking.com and while the food was of a good standard I found the dinner menu to be pretty limited in scope.

Close to Innsbruck Airport and very close to bus stop for local ski bus. Staff were very helpful and you get good free WiFi service throughout the whole hotel.

Food was very basic. Expected something festive on Christmas. The shower in my room drained very slowly so you had to turn off the shower before the tray overflowed.

More as improvement points: There was no shower gel in the bathroom There was no full size mirror in the room or outside on the corridor There was no plug near the bed, or anywhere accesible in the room. I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone and take turns in charging other devices

Poor breakfast, it have what you need but it can be better Pool and spa, all seem's as a ghost wellness place. Only the sauna was functionning and all looked so empty and abandonned Globally all the place is kinda old and a bit outdated A lot of people look to be working there but it's impossible to know because they're all clothed like you and me, no badges or sign to recognize them

Room had apparently not been used for some time as there were significant cob-webs present.

Easy entry on late arrival - keys were waiting for us at the unmanned desk. Breakfast was pretty good -- continental breakfast plus.
