We got a room around 4 corners corridors, up stairs , load of walking and there was some kind of rat aminal on the roof , as it ran about in the roof at night, I wanted a better room but the stuff couldn't do anything

There were not shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom and once I informed the front desk, they replied that they don't put them in the rooms and guests had to ask for them from the reception. I also expected there to be a fan in the room as stated on the booking details (especially with it being a warm summer), however there wasn't one in the room and when I enquired about it at the reception, I was told to just open the window as they don't have any fans. It was really uncomfortable at night due to the heat despite the window being open.

The location of the hotel was pretty accessible, a bus goes to Innsbruck around every 15 minutes from just a few minute walk away from the hotel. The breakfast buffet seemed good, with staff constantly filling things back up to ensure guests can have what they want. There was no staff at the hotel at the time of arrival, however all room keys were left in an envelope (with the guest's surnames on the envelope) along with a couple pages of information from the hotel, guests were free to take these whenever they arrived for check-in (could also be a negative though if some stranger walked in and took your envelope, which thankfully hadn't happened). The pool was also a decent size considering the price of the room.

Very crowed parking place, the hotel is not very new, but I thing it is on a renovation process. The room smells quite bad wen we got in. In my opinion, a bit expensive for the money.

A perfect place to stay for the night. Clean room and very helpful staff. Breakfast was ok.

Room size and bed size. Shared balcony can bother people with privacy issues.

Location, a little away from city but that was my choice to stay closer to nature. Swimming pool and good restaurants with good option. Very good staff.

No wifi in the rooms, only in some areas of the hotel. Beds not the most comfortable.

Spacious and comfortable room, nice bathroom. Porch was nice. Breakfast was OK, good value. Convenient parking. Good location - walking distance to shops, supermarket and bus station (to Innsbruck, ~20 min. drive). Very friendly and helpful staff.

-The room was quite old, the bathroom door seemed to have suffered a bit of a flood in the past(room 254) -There was a weird smell in the room -Shared balcony - The parking was overcrowded and we struggled to find a space on our way back from the city.

-It was clean -The reception staff was quite friendly and offered us good advice about what we could do throughout our stay. - 10 minutes drive from Innsbruck city center
