Attractive and cosy chalet style house. Welcomed by hosts Klaus and Veronika with drinks and cake on arrival. They are the stars of the show, giving helpful local information and checking that everyone is happy every day. Comfortable room with balcony and mountain view, good and generous food, excellently located for quick and easy access to skiing and shopping.

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay! The location was close to town & skiing. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy. From the moment you walk in you feel like you found the perfect spot… Klaus, Veronika and the entire team make you feel so comfortable and pampered. Breakfast was amazing - really enjoyed the selection and it set us up perfectly for a day on the slopes. Perfect location - only a few minutes walk to the gondola along a flat footpath. Friendly owners and staff who took the time to personally speak to us every day, as well as providing dinner recommendations at traditional local restaurants. We appreciated the clear communication and arrival instructions ahead of our stay.

The perfect hotel. Our stay was the highlight of the holiday. Staff were so warm and friendly, room was absolutely perfect and had modern amenities. Breakfast was superb, my partner and I both loved everything about Hotel Edelweiss!

There's a limited number of parking spaces, but it seemed as if the hotel managed to make it work fine anyway.

I loved it! You can tell they really care about their guests. Breakfast was excellent, wifi was fast, bed was comfortable. 5-10 minutes walk to the main street, 5 minutes walk to the Hahnenkamm lift. I was a little worried about the the hotel being so close to the railway tracks, but it was no problems. I'm a light sleeper and I even had the window open at nights. It might be worse if you get a room directly facing the tracks.

The Hotel is a bit of a walk to the centre of town , let’s say around 8-10 mins which is not such a big deal. Other than that , there is no other issue with this property.

Personalised check-in at the garden with welcome drinks & ice cream served by the owners Klaus & Victoria themselves!! Upgraded bathrooms . Near clean rooms . Nice balconies with mountain views. Superb breakfast served by the lovely hosts. And a lot of personal advice given about travelling around the city & Austria in general . We also got to park right outside the Hotel entrance. We had a lovely experience overall .
