You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsUpfront, they promised rooms next to each other (or very close to each other), but the rooms were far apart, and they were not willing to do to anything about it (they didn't seem to care, as I was traveling as a single parent with young kids). Also, the shower didn't work in 1 room. So only the crane for the bathtub worked, for them this seemed normal and fair. This was noticed before in the reviews (I see now), so it's a long-running problem that they don't seem to want to solve.
Breakfast was excellent, with a charming and happy hostess! The ski bus stopped directly in front of the hotel

AustriaUnfortunately, our group reduced from 15 to 13 due to Covid and one accident. On arrival we asked, if we could cancel one room, what was agreed by the management. Next morning the terrible surprise by the very firm yet rather unfriendly receptionist, that it wouldn't be possible, due to having booked via booking.com, despite the manager / owner having agreed to the evening before. We would have used the room, if we'd knew we had to pay. But we didn't, and that was really poor guest service and communication by the potentially undertrained staff. The main argument by the receptionist was that we shouldn't have booked via booking.com - it would always be better to book directly... So please do, if you want to stay in this place, but I'd suggest not.
In general it was a nice stay, nice welcome, but the receptionist wasn't there. Closed for dinner unfortunately as we were a larger group, but very nice breakfast. We could park the motorbikes in the garage, nice service.
