It did not have tea making facilities in the room, we took our own. More towel hanging space would have been useful.

We didn't enjoy the breakfast as it was very basic and lacked additional options (such as omelettes), however, the food was very good. The bathroom was cold, but there was a heater available.

We loved the location, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge balcony.

Beautiful clean rooms with large balcony. The breakfast was so delicious with many different kind of meals from salmon, hams, scrambled eggs, homemade butter, different kinds of cereas, coffee and teas! Interior of the hotel was like mix of modern art and shabby. Very nice! Hope to come again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Velden. The manager lady was so friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the artsy vibe of the hotel. It's in a great spot too - really quick to get into the center of Velden. The breakfast was good, setting us up well for the day. Everything was just perfect, and we’ll definitely be back!

two rooms with 2 large beds and 1 sofa. The rooms are clean. From the outside, the house is in the German/Austrian style, but inside it has been successfully modernized, artistically designed. The bathroom is very spacious. Breakfast has a wide offer. Parking space is available. You can relax in the yard. The hotel is located near a very good restaurants, a short walk away - Casino and lake. You can go everywhere on foot.

Our booking was changed to Hotel Rocket Rooms in Velden due to unexpected technical problems. the hotel informed us a few days before and offered us comparable substitute hotel. communication was fast and easy.

No elevator, no backgound music at breakfast which makes awkward silence.

There was nobody at the reception in the afternoons (only at breakfast times). Even though the hotel has a garden with s lot of potential the equipment (chair/sofa seats, umbrellas) do not seem to be maintained and are unusable at this point. The private beach is nearby and has around 10 sunbeds (also not well maintained) and JUST 2 small umbrellas. We ended up going to the Stadtstrand. With tourist card one gets a reduction on the entrance fee. Note that the hotel issues the card only on demand. We have mentioned twice to the staff at the reception that two lamps in our room were not working. During our 6 days stay that was not fixed.

Staff is friendly, curly haired lady does very nice fruit platters at breakfast. The hotel is located few steps away from the centre of the town centre. The hotel has its own parking places and one can also park in front of the hotel.

It's a bed and breakfast inn wrongly marketed as a hotel. As such our expectations were widely off mark. If you visit the property and appreciate it as a family run bed breakfast, then the below observations are not applicable. As it was marketed as a hotel, here are the observations. Not staff onsite most hours. We let in some of the late comer guests as there was no one to open the door for them (they had to pick up their own keys from the front desk with letters with their names on for all to see). No lifts No concierge to recommend any local activities or restaurants

Description on booking.com is not quite true. There is self check-in - what is not mentioned. When I arrived the reception was closed, I DID NOT get information about self check-in, and no one could help with the lack of place on parking. There is no electric kettle at room, no mini bar. The main entrance is open all the time and there is no reception at night - so anyone from outside can enter. When I send message to the hotel via booking.com app - they responded after 2 days. Poor managing staff. Hotel should rethink changing description on booking.com as the mentioned options are not true.
