The pillow and sheets in general are moderately comfortable. The light automatically turns on/off in the bathroom when you go up during the night to pee - that's extremely irritating as it takes time before it turn off automatically.

Surroundings definitely needs more lighting and signage and better tarmac on the road. The area looks like a desolate industrial zone , definitely needs some love! Public street lighting, signage and some greenery will definitely improve the location please talk to your municipality.

Spotless clean, kudos to the cleaning staff! Everything was looking spotless and clean, like brand new. Also it was very quiet making for a good nights sleep after a long day. Parking lot is very clean, tidy with smooth asphalt.

East self checkin just in 2 minutes. Parking lots are enough for all guests. Nice hotel to stopover during the night to rest a few hours. Close to autobahn for travelers.

It is located along the highway on an industrial area. No one at the front desk and no security at night. Also the door downstairs stayed open all night wich felt a bit weird

Self-checking. We had a reservation for two rooms on one reservation, but we got just one at check-in. The problem was solved after a phone call with the service.

24 hour self check in and no human in site day or night, arrived at midnight and the check in computer is so unbelievably slow and glitchy so took around 30 minutes to get our key card with no one around to help. There was an number to call for help but the woman on the phone was literally so pissed off that we called her and was of absolutely no help what so ever. Figured it out ourselves. Its right beside some kind of quarry/cement factory so constant flow of massive loud trucks from about 5am.

Handy location just off the motorway as a stop over on a journey. Rooms were modern and clean. Pets allowed.

After checking in and receiving the room number we went to our room. The room was not clean and tidy - it wasnt cleaned up after previous guests. I assume it was a glitch in the system. We managed to solve this quickly with the hotel staff remotely via the telephone. But the overall impression left a bad taste as I was tired after 9h of driving and wanted just to get some sleep. All played well in the end, but if there hadnt been a free clean room available at that time, it would be a huge issue. In the room itself, the light in the bathroom lit up triggered by a sensor so I couldnt turn it off and had to wait a few minutes until it turns off. That is unconvenient when you get up in the middle of the night to use the toilet and then the light turns on and lits after. Would be great if you could fix that. Also the hotel is located by a road which gets busy with some heavy duty trucks in the morning. Maybe it was just my room facing that road but that woke me up early. Which wasnt an issue as I was planning to continue my trip from early morning. But be aware of that.

Location right off the highway, so perfect for a transit sleepover. All looks and feels modern. Easy self checkin system. The staff helped remotely to solve a checkin problem. Overall a good stay if you just want to get some sleep during a long travel and get on the road in the morning. Big plus for allowing pets🙂

It is located between different shops like in a shopping city area, very unusual, there was a lot of construction noise around the hotel. and did not have air conditioning.

The hotel is new, nice and clean. No possibilities to have breakfast around the hotel. You need to take the care and drive out.

Initally some issues with the self check in regarding which number it actually wanted. Only 3 languages were available so you were stumped if you couldn't understand German, English or Croatian. Restaurant closed. The room seemed brand new and open plan. The toilet light would come on automatically and light the entire room up, then took a while to go out. Coffee machine in the room but just enough for one cup and only a choice of green tea with lemon. The tea had bits in it and tasted like coffee, plus the milk was out of date!

Good location off the motorway if you're passing through and a quiet stay.

The pillow was too big and the blanket too thick, so I could not use them. The room is nice but looks like a warehouse, so it has a tremendous echo.

Convenient hotel for an overnight stop as you can arrive an leave whenever you want. There is a Burger King nearby, if you need a quick meal. Very convenient to have a Nespresso machine with a tea and a coffee capsules.
