We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

location was perfect with easy access to the village and lifts. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful each morning. There was a sauna and restaurant on site. Staff were extremely helpful especially on our last morning when our airport transfer was delayed - they were able to sort an alternative within minutes which was much appreciated

The breakfast was expansive and delicious - particularly for a small spot! The hotel staff were very helpful, flexible, and informative. The mountain was only a few minutes-walk away which was incredible! Shops and cafes within 150m. I took the train into St. Anton and the walk from the station was 7 minutes. They have storage for skis and a boot room where you can change into ski boots before heading out. The sauna is also a bonus! I would stay again!

The ski and boot room was accessible through a different door with was much closer to the ski slopes - reducing walking in ski boots is always a great thing!
