Only thing would be the drinks fridge. Once the receptionist was gone we saw no one around to unlock it to get bottles of water.

It was so close to the main shopping street. Super clean, comfy beds. House keeping came everyday. Staff were lovely.

The bed mattress/pillow were too soft for us but for our 1 night stay it was okay, still worth it.

The hotel has a great loacation, there is a shop/café nearby, Mariahilferstr. and public transport are 5 min away, you can easily reach the city centre and the most important buildings. The staff is nice and helpful, you can pay for a parking lot in the garage under the hotel. Our room/bathroom was big enough and comfortable. We definetely recommend this hotel :)

Garage is very small and tricky to park in if you arrive in anything larger than economy car.

Property is in fairly good location. Nicely refurbished but not producing a luxury feeling. Good clean hotel to serve the purpose of spending a night in Vienna.

Small choice at breakfast, at 10 am you have almost all empty. Stains on a carpet in the room , dark light at the bathroom and there are no pegs for used towels.

There were two small things that we didn't like though they weren't very annoying. 1. One night the sheets they put on my friend's bed had stains on them, they looked like blood or wine that maybe won't come off. They changed them the next day. 2. There wasn't always someone at the reception and though the woman at the reception the day we checked out was extremely polite and nice, some of the other members of the staff on other days were a little indifferent and not very pleasant or friendly.

The location is perfect. It is located very near a busy street full of stores, restaurants, street food, cafes and anything else you need. There's also a supermarket near. The metro is also there and you can get it to go anywhere you want. The room was spacious and there was free coffee, tea and chocolate milk at the reception you can get any time. The heating made the room warm and it was clean and nice.

The staff was so kind and helpful, they let us leave our luggage at the hotel, cause we arrived earlier and our room was not ready at the time. The hotel is located 6min away from the metro station and You can reach the main square in 10min. Also not far away there is a train station there You can take a bus to get directly to the airport it is very convenient especially if the flight is early in the morning.
