Rooms could use a fresh coat of paint/generally be sanitized a bit. Our hair drier didn't work either. Most annoying thing: our room information card said breakfast is served until 10 am, so we went down at 9 am to have breakfast, only to find out that the schedule has been changed, and we could no longer serve it after 9 am. Frustrating.

Location is good, restaurant food excellent and the staff nice. Overall ok.

Just an elevator would have been helpful to me

Great serenity and availability of the staff; there is a restaurant integrated in the structure, with excellent quality food, Mediterranean cuisine, super-efficient service. The location is excellent to reach other destinations, but not in the center of chaos and traffic; furthermore there is a free parking on-site, enough for all needs. I saw shops and supermarkets nearby; a LIDL is a just few meters away. The Staff is super-friendly; the breakfast room attendant, on the morning of September 13th, on her own initiative, carried my luggage down the stairs to the car, due to my small disability: that girl is an angel! I felt like in a Family, a big plus for the ELIA.

Middle of factories, warehouses, and etc production buildings. No places to walk, As I understand it is best and only restaurant in the area and yes it is good. Also very noisy, can't sleep till, 1 o'clock. full of clients and windows go directly to restaurant. No air conditions, no recuperation. so or you don"t have air or you open and listen for DUTCH. Breakfast at 7 but at 7 they only start do something in the kitchen. so extra 30 min waiting. Important for us because long trip was waiting us. So I would't stay here once more. try my luck with another place.

Good Motel for transit stay for 1 night. Like good restaurant. Car parking free inside area.

Bed sofa has been covered with plastic sheet linen, under the regular sheet...that creates unbearable body heat for me. Have slept three hours only... No coffee in the room.

Breakfast served from 7-10 and at 9 there was hardly nothing to eat; only 1 person from the personnel was available to cover everything and it was not enough, guests were waiting. Eventually after some time there was some additional food served.

Dirty room. Cleaner left my room open (with my luggage inside). Cleaner took dirty towel from the floor and hanged it up for me to use again. Shower broken, leaking on to the floor, shower head hanger was missing. A plastic cup in the bathroom was dirty with old toothpaste. Walls very dirty, like someone had been swatting flies all over the walls and also alot of cobwebs in the corners. Upon arrival I got wrong information about breakfast time. I can go on and on... everything was bad.
