Unfriendly staff. We needed assistance at checking in. When we arrived at 20h the reception was closed as it is open only until 16h. So they had to help us outside their working hours. They clearly showed us they were not happy about it and even insulted us. If you arrive after 16, in case of any problems you need to call their emergency help line and it may take some time untill they sort out your booking. We spent half an hour in the freezing rain waiting for them to assist us. They gave us a bottle of wine the next day.

Location is great. Apartments are new and comfortable. Bed is excellent.

It was very disappointing to arrive and find out they don't even provide handsoap in the toilet, while in the kitchen there was a complete set for us to wash their dishes. I found it very unkind. I understand if they don't want to extend their hospitality providing shampoo, shower soap and conditioner, but not having handsoap in the toilet is basic needs. When I expressed my disappointment to their front desk attendant she argued that it would be a waste to provide a soap and throw it everytime someone left the apartment. Clearly they haven't heard of soap dispensers. On the following day we had to get to the supermarket and buy it. We felt the place itself is great, but the hospitality is non existent. Checkout was already at 10am!!

I loved the infrastructure of the apartment. Everything smelling new, well equipped, comfortable, and we were specially impressed by the jacuzzi and infrared cabin in our apartment.

It is hard to find a restaurant in Eisenerz. There is nothing in Erzberg and it may happen that nothing is open in Eisenerz in the evening.

The pool is not on the premises. These are just apartments, I do not understand why it is called a resort as there are no facilities. There are no toiletries provided, bring your own. Towels and bedsheets are provided. There are no cleaning services during your stay.

It might be difficult without a car. The accommodation is clean, ok, but basic. Which is exactly what you pay for. I guess that it may be noisy when you draw a bad neighbor, we were lucky though.

Beautiful place in the middle of Austria, next to a little town. Not busy at all, beautiful lake just around a corner, the ski resort is easily accessible with a car. Plenty nice walks around.

As part of accommodation, we received client card, based on which we should get a 10% discount on skipas, however the price was the same as per the price list on web. I tried to explain what was communicated to me by your receptionist, but no luck. Probably employees at Prabichl slope aren’t aware of the agreement with Alps Resort.

The floor was pretty dirty upon arrival, also we found a couple of pans still greasy from previous use.

No electric kettle. Too few dishwasher tablets for our stay. No dryer to hang wet swimsuit. Need to buy a bottle of soap. The pillows are too soft.

Spacious, well equipped apartment. Mountains and lake are close. Great places, such as gorges in driving distance. The Post museum in the town center has an amazing collection. Free entry to the swimming pool, that has a payable, but really great sauna. Spar and other shops in the vicinity.

Not walking distance to town or shop but we knew that and it was ok.

We had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. Lovely large apartment with own sauna and jacuzzi, that was fantastic after long walk in rainy weather! Walking distance to the lake. Dogs are welcome and there are plenty of areas around accommodation to walk and play. Definitely recommend.

Great location for Eisenerz iron ore mines, waterfalls and national park tours. Very clean apartment, reception staff extremely helpful. Windows and balconies overlooking the mountains.

There were a lot of flies in the apartment, they just ran in flocks. For a while, we turned into hunters and arranged a competition - who would kill more. In addition, it was quite hot during the day. We asked for a fan at the reception - it turned out not to be. There was also no soap in the shower. The town of Erzberg is small and there is nothing to do there. Restaurants close early.

A resort village with several apartment buildings (for some reason there was an impression that in the past it was a military base). Very good check-in (we arrived when the reception was closed), the keys and a small map of the village were in the box. Good WiFi. The apartment is small but cozy. There is everything you need (except air conditioning). Comfortable beds, clean linen, great bathroom. 2 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket Spar and 4 minutes to the city center. Upon arrival, you receive a card for free access to the city pool (we weren't). 5 minutes drive to the wonderfully beautiful lake LEOPOLDSTEINERSEE.

Erzberg Alpin Resort has a super location. It is surrounded with beautiful high mountains. The apartment was designed in a modern style, it was big enough and had enough space for our belongings. Cleanness was ok. The kitchen was well-equipped, we could prepare our food in it. At the reception, staff were kind and effective. We also received a gift: free entrance to the local swimming pool. We enjoyed it very much.

The kitchen lacks the kettle, so it is difficult to prepare tea or cofee. In general, too little space to prepare meals.

Very convenient location, especially for the amateur ferrata climbers. Clean and well maintained, flexible access with keys in a locker. Friendly staff at the reception.
