We got a conetcted room that was perfectly suitable for our family. The view was beautiful and the staff was very kind. Hallstatt is 15-20 minutes far so it was comfortable to visit.

It was my first stay in this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. Rooftop indoor and outdoor pools with stunning mountains view. Spacious and clean room. Very good food and very nice staff. It was great and I highly recommend this hotel.

I would have preferred a little more privacy in the bathroom while sitting on the throne.

Half-board included also some snacks for lunch. * Comfortable, styled and clean room with balcony * Wonderful location * Sauna, swimming pool (10m ?) and heated pool - just wonderful after hiking or if bad weather * Free parking (could get crowded when fully booked)

When booking on booking.com my 2 kids were not included in the price (although I searched for rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids). The extra cost was a surprise when checking out.

Amazing food, friendly staff, perfect pool and saunas, beautiful location. The room was nicely set up for the kids, with a small bath robe. Dinner was also well catered for children.

The outside of the building when you drive in.The fixed places at the table in the restaurant …but they changed it quickly if you ask for an other table 👍

The standard of cleanliness during a Covid pandemic was exemplary: however we did wear our PS2 masks in the lift and stairwells.

Unfortunately there were several things we did not like. The worst problem for us was the WiFi which did not work well at all, We had a spotty connection in our room, and there was no WiFi connection at all at breakfast. This was problematic since I had to work and had poor cell reception too. Unfortunately I need to work a bit on my trips since I own a small business. It was also extremely hot everywhere in the hotel, including the rooms. Adjusting the temperature did not help, we had to open the balcony doors to constantly. The gym was not bad but could have been bigger, I suppose the focus is more on the spa The parking garage was also a nightmare, constantly full and extremely hard to get in and out. That's obviously not something you can change and that is their fault, but something to point out. The breakfast was alright, definitely not bad but could have been better in my opinion. I would preferred a coffee machine where I can make my own coffee instead of having to wait/rely on the wait staff. There is also no common area where you can hang out after 11pm, everything is dark and unwelcoming.

Very nice spa area, lots of different saunas and steam rooms along with a nice swimming pool. Location is great as well. The rooms were pretty nice but too hot (see below).

I think that place was haunted by ghosts I couldn't sleep The place is horrifying and the guests are so terrifying that I could not sit in that strange city
