There were ants in our apartment which were annoying. A microwave should be added. Couldnt use the youtube and Netflix options on the TVs. But im sure if i contacted the owners they would have helped.

the place is modern and clean. Very close to public transport and the Schönbrunn palace. The apartment had everything needed for the stay and it was very simple to find everything. Didnt need to contact the management for anything

Easy to find parking spots near house. Close to city. New building. Had five star hotel comfort. The architectural details was really good. We had really comfortable stay. And the check in and check out part was really easy.

The location was great, large space, clean and comfortable. Close to Schönbrunn, Technical museum, supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby. The host was kind and helped us with checking a bit earlier than the standard time.

With all considered. We do think that the mattresses could've used an update. And another , I'd say minor, the TV services provided could've been updated. The essentials are very good and we haven't got anything else to mention.

Home away from home. We've booked here many times before. I would like to point out Bobby as a very good host. Every communication was effective and easy. The facilities at high standard and easily used. Location is between the 13th and 14th districts just a short walk from Hietzing station with a short commute to the city centre. A lot of green areas nearby.

The location is very good, just next to the Schönbrunn Palace and the park. Well connected with various means of transportation. Still, it's far from the city center. It could be a nuisance if you plan to come to the property to take a break. You'll need the rest, as Vienna is very walkable city and you'll be walking a lot.

Spacious and well equipped apartment. Big TVs in each room, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Easy check-in/out process. Good location, very well connected.

The payment of the parking is not as simple as we were thinking:) I would recommend to use easy park app. for that.

The neighborhood is very charming, Schönbrunn Castle is in a walking distance. The metro station (U4), which leads to the city centre is very close also. Staying with children is ideal.

The apartment has two large bathrooms. Considering the apartment is small, I think the second bath room is not necessary. Lounge kitchen area could be so much bigger without the second bathroom. Our two teenage daughters slept on the sofa bed in the lounge so space was very tight. The kitchen area is very well resourced but workspace is small. A nice Nespresso maker is available but takes up the work space. I would like to mention the property description of the superior apartment I booked indicated a balcony with garden view. We didn't get this. We had no balcony and only a roadside view. We were a little disappointed by this - had we been there for longer this would have mattered but as we only had 4 nights we were very busy and had no time to sit on a balcony. Nevertheless, the descriptions need to more accurate in respect to apartment outlook.

The location was perfect - away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but only 15 minutes on the metro to Karlplatz from where we could access all the sights. Also, the location meant the Schonbrunn and Park just a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was small but everything was of high quality. Great shower. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location of the apartment is great. It very close to Schönbrunn palace (10-12 minutes walking distance). Market and metro station (Hietzing) is also very close. The oven and cooker was locked but thanks yo Bobby both were sorted out very quickly. Special thanksto Bobby for all his helps (especially on Sunday morning🙈). I and my 3 girls felt like home and very satisified with our stay. Definitely recommending🙂

It was very close to the Palace and a few cafes but not convenient for the main Christmas Markets or downtown Vienna. It was a 30 minute train ride each way. I would highly recommended having more than just a few coffee pods here. Most hotels have milk or creamer so people could enjoy a coffee in the morning and that wasn’t possible for me. It did get hot at night from the heaters and we couldn’t get our temperature to cool down so it was uncomfortable. Lastly some wash towels would be nice addition to the bathroom.

The property itself was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and the kitchen stocked if you plan to cook meals here. We planned our time up with this location in the center so we could do laundry with the free facilities in the building (not your actual apartment unfortunately). Having an elevator was so very important to us, so we were grateful for that. I felt comfortable here to go down and do laundry late in the evening even without a staff member on hand!! That’s also very important to me.

The apartment so is lovely and a few steps from U train. There is also a nice little playground for the kids right next to the building. The apartment was very clean and so stylish!

It was no issue for us but there is no reception on-site. You are emailed before your arrival, instructions on how to enter the property.

Spacious apartment and well located if you are interested in visiting Schönbrunn. Close to lots of restaurants, restaurants and the U Bahn is close by. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a simple meal. The shared laundry is easy to access in a common area of the residence.

Decent parking is a few km away in P&R Hütteldorf but it's easily reachable with U4. You can also park on the street if you find a spot for free during weekends and nights. A/C was not the best.

Great location, close to Schönbrunn, Zoo, Billa, BIPA and U4. Great host, answers very fast fast, friendly. You can wash and dry your clothes for free The apartment has everything you need for a family, it's big enough to accommodate 2 families and it has an elevator and a very good internet connection.

A great place for family stay. The room size is big. The bed is comfortable. In particular, I like the kitchen a lot which is so important for us since sometimes we need to cook for our little daughter. Next time I will choose this again.

Fantastic all around. Apartments are spacious, comfy beds, well equipped and with a lovely view to a tree-lined garden. Excellent location near Schoenbrunn and subway/tram station. Highly responsive host (Bobby was very helpful with every request) and also have the right facilities for the baby.
