poor communication with management / owner. all automatic massages in German language after several reports it was changed to English , not very clear instructions how to check in/ to get keys(keys and apartment in different locations) .. some pictures in description would help. additional registration and payments were too much.,just too many steps to do, just to get in side of the apartment.

Only thing missing was us was a microwave. It would be really useful to have when cooking/reheating.

Getting checked in and getting into the apartment was simple and it was clean and had what we needed. We needed a baby cot and it was also provided. Even simple things like the design and features and furniture were also nice.

The shower gel was almost empty and there was no new sponge for washing dishes (a used one was there).

It was difficult for me to open the flat door with the key. You need to put a bit of effort to it. Electrical socket in the bathroom was moving from the wall there was no information about apartment heating regulation, it was cold when we entered the flat until we figured out to turn the heating on.

The room was spacious, the place was quite and comfortable. City center is ~20 min. walk, there's a bus stop next to the building. Ars Electronika is 15 min. walk down the river lane.

Lighting in main room was dim.

Staff at Etagerie allowed us to store our luggage while room was getting prepared. Very spacious layout. Location was close to public transport lines.

Getting the key from the lock box was reasonably easy. Took us only a few minutes to work out the location of both key safe and apartment. May be photos would be helpful but it was not too difficult. However, as we entered the block, the door was already open, and we managed to get into the apartment with the key feom the lock box fine. It was only because i thought to check how we get in to the main block as we left that I realised we had no access to get back in. Luckily we had and it was not late at night we realised we couldn't get in! Please note it did only take one phone call and a wait of 15 minutes for someone to call me back, but this did make us late for dinner reservations. Luckily, it was not a problem. It was just stress that could be avoided as we were not made aware on the phone call when to expect a resolution as we were just told someone would call back and then hung up. Checking that full set of keys is provided to guests should be basic requirement. Unfortunately, otherwise, we could not fault the stay and would have given it 9 or 10/10

We travelled for LASK v Liverpool. (Family of 3). Location - about a 10 minute easy stroll into the center. A few nice bars about 5 minutes walk. Supermarkets not too far at all. Size - nice size appartment. Bedrooms very big, lounge and kitchen nice size. Separate toilet to shower. Just a note from reading other reviews it may be owner has listened as there was coffee and filter paper provided and wine glasses. We found enough utensils, but we only made breakfast in the apartment. The only thing we could have done with was a pair of scissors but not an issue. The dishwasher is simple to use, and tablets provided The apartment was clean, and I could not fault cleanliness. Was quite warm in Linz when we stayed, so it was nice there was a good quality fan. Nice modern feel about the apartment. Sent information for check-in, in good time.

The lift was not working when we arrived (Sunday), so it was a bit challenging to take all our stuff upstairs, next day it worked, but the lift didn't take us directly to our floor, we had to take some stairs down to reach the apartment door.

The apartment was clean, nice and spacious. It had everything you need for your stay. We stayed there with our 9month old baby without any problems. The location is very good, 3 minutes from the river and around 8-10 minutes to the city centre. The paid parking was convenient, located just few steps from our apartment, it was underground and secured by a gate.

The address is a bit confusing, since the entrance to the building is not on Untere Donaulaende, but on the side street. I would suggest some deep cleaning of the apartment - it appeared clean on the surface, but there was a lot of dust under the beds and dressers. The kitchen could have used a few more glasses and dishes.

The location is great - only a short walk to the city center. Apartments are spacious and good for families. Hosts were very responsive and addressed any issues and questions we had quickly.

I did not like that our visit in Linz ended in 4 days.

The location was excellent. Situated on the Danube, next to a big hotel and near the Lentos Museum and Brucknerhaus concert hall. Walking distance to the center of old town Linz is about 1km. There are supermarkets couple of streets over. The parking availability of the appartment is totaly functional and a must in Linz if you are staying more than day. The appartment is decorated in a 1950's style.

There’s no ventilation in the shower room. No fan and no window. It smells funny in there. I think there’s mold growing in the drain as silly as that may sound. My husband was disappointed in that there was no microwave. It made reheating leftovers a little more time consuming, but I didn’t mind. There is also no oven cookware so reheating on the stove is your only option unless you’re given leftovers in an oven safe container. Check in was a bit of a nightmare. The key box is outside the first building (62) by the light colored gate. It’s the metal box - I added a picture of. I originally put the wrong code in because the safe code - which is the key box code - is at the bottom of the check in message. I thought the four digit number was in the beginning of the message that talks about check - in the parenthesis section. I was wrong. So I called and the man helping me insisted the safe was inside the first building. He was very nice but I ended up figuring out I used the wrong code on the right box outside. I got the keys. Made my way to the apartment and I think I was so frustrated (because we didn’t know where to park while we figured out the check in situation - and the parking meter person was watching my husband in the car) I couldn’t sort out the door key. If you have a car: I recommend making the turn onto Honaurstraße and parking in the small lot or in front of the gate whilst you check in. This is the easiest place to obviously show you are there temporarily and you can get your bags upstairs easily from there. Finally, you won’t have to drive around making u turns to get to parking. The parking garage is A1. Use the key to get in. to get out, pull the string hanging from the ceiling in front of the gate on the driver’s side.

The property was right across the street from a lovely park on the water and. short walk to the center. It was spacious enough for both of us. There is a fridge, oven and stovetop. The bed was comfy as well. I love the way it was decorated.
