The dust could be wiped off more often.

The hotel is big and nicely equipped, the rooms are big, I think even bigger than most of the rooms in the hotels where I stayed. The beds are big and comfortable. There are plenty of dining rooms and they are all nicely furnished, the breakfast is rich and varied, there is something for everyone.

The free parking was really far from the hotel. I didn't like the receptionist attitude. Although he was openly polite, he was unhelpful and expeditive. It is more of the transit hotel, not appropriate for long stays, as it is really far from the center of Vienna and revives groups of children.

The breakfast was great. Nice spa. It also has sport facilitys.

It was cold in the room. The air conditioner heated only in the first hour, then only ventilated the air. There is no room service. The dinner menu at the hotel restaurant is very limited.

The room was very clean. There îs no bathrobe în the room.

The water was a littlebit cold in the jakuzzi and pool as well. The rooms were also a little cold for us. The sauna is avaiable without cloths

If a hotel have a wellness area, it'd be great if the towels and the bathing robe will belongs to the room. Unfortunately there were no robe in the room, and the towels have to ask at the pool are, from a guy, who was there.. and sometime he wasn't there... We don't like that, you have to go, to the wellness area in plain clothes, and there you should dress to bathing clothes, unfortunately the lockers key wasn't there, you have to ask for it on the reception. So on, the value safe lockers, doesn't works either. I'd expext a little better careness for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was in a very good location, because the local train was just 5 minues walk far. The hotel has great parking area, there are free and paid as well. Unfortunately if you attend the hotel, when there is a trade fair, not so much parkingspot will available. The breakfast was great and plenty. The hotel was absolutely clean everywhere. The wellness area were great, with turkish bath, and sauna, and a good clean water swimming pool. Fortunately, the pool was not full of chlorine.

Housekeeping started knocking on the doors at around 8.00h for like 4 times after every 30 min, even though we asked for the service in the afternoon + small cleanness issues.

Lovely stay - I enjoyed a lot. Especially the Spa & Fitness area is amazing - very big and most of the time very peaceful. Loved the hotel! People there are super friendly,

Hotel management have concentrated so much on events & functions, they’ve forgotten they are also a hotel. Food at the bar is limited to Pizzas & sandwiches. Room service is advertised but there is no menu for room service. Reception & Room service phones are not answered. Hotel charged extra for towels to be used in swimming pool.

Small things such as lack of desinfection in the containers (fitness area) and a bit more attention from the personel on the food itself at the breakfast. The surrounding areas could need a refreshment (cutting the hedges and so on).

Air condition was very weak. There is only one maintanence guy, no one at the pool to give towels. There is only one waitor at the restaurant for dinner, so waiting time is long. No coffee or tea in the rooms.

The room was big, with comfortable bed and clean. The pool and wellness area is beautiful, though quite far. The gym highly equipped. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety.

Parking place is not by the hotel and requires a short walk(not a big deal 🙂). Included breakfast is quite poor .. the fancy breakfast costs 20euros extra. The bed in the room was twin beds joined together instead of one king size.

Wellness centre is gr8. Gr8 pools ,sauna , jacuzzi, gim , table tennis and more. Bar area is nice. Nice and big room with comfortable beds.

I arrived at the hotel on 06/27/2023 at 20:15 local time. The girl on the reception was not polite, tried to end the conversation quickly while I still had questions, possibly due to the fact that I had booked an economy class room. it became obvious because after me there was a group of people with a higher status and with them she was smiling and polite. Ventilation in the bathroom with mold, you can see it in the photo I took.

Arrogant staff, no respect for the customer, we have had 2 fatal experiences and for this reason we will not return to this hotel. We leave the suitcase with the girl at the reception for 5 minutes to watch over it while we go to get the car and when we come back in less than 5 minutes another customer has taken our suitcase. A man at the front desk treated me disrespectful with misogyny.

Very nice hotel, great Wellness center, nice bar with good food.
