Unfortunately food was big disappointed compared to last year Very limited options, very repetitive. We got very bored after the 3rd day and had to eat out. The food was very disappointing to be honest.

The weather was terrible but that's really not the hotel's fault. 😎

Hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful mainly the Hungarians. Breakfast was quiet good, dinner was varied and delicious. Wellnes area is really great and well equipped.

The hotel was pleasant, and the restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly. Conversely, the reception staff were quite the opposite, displaying unfriendliness. It's unfortunate that a hotel of such quality, albeit not inexpensive, imposes additional charges for amenities like parking. The fee for outdoor parking (12 EUR per night) seemed excessive.

The hotel is great, not too big and not overcrouded. Breakfast is the same every day, but still with variety of options. Dinner is great, two mains every day cooked in front of you (one fish and one other meet), salads, appetizers etc.. two dessers. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. They made our bed every day - towels and bedsheets always in amazing shapes :) We had a great time!!

We stayed during winter and it was very hot in the room. But still better warm than cold. Location is about 15min to the ski lift but the bus stop is just round the corner

We had half board - both breakfast and dinner were very good. Good selection of salad vegetables and meat (like roast beef) in the evening. Nice SPA, open long hours. When it is getting busy you can go to the nude area - no children. Team at the reception was helpful.

Clean, tasty and interesting food (diversity) and the great spa with 4 saunas and swimming pool. It is really well located, the bus stop is 2 min from the hotel or youcan walk 15 min to the ski lift

Our room was directly under the restaurant so when there was live music playing, the noise was too much to sleep.

The hotel was lovely. Our room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. For meals, we opted for half-board and were never disappointed. The breakfast was always a combination of cold and hot dishes, ranging from cornflakes to omelets. The dinners were always three course, with selection of starters, meat, fish or vegan options for main and lovely selection of deserts. To access the slopes, we used a ski bus, the bus stop was only around 50-70m from the hotel.

Minor things: pool is not as big as suggested in pictures and they charge for TAP WATER (4.5 Euro) - never happened before whenever I travelled

A very well kept modern hotel nicely built in a traditional local vilage. Clean and comfortable rooms. Indoor swiming pool with souna in the basement not overcrouded in the evenings. Half board is a good solution for two reasons: good quality food and service and not too many options withing walking distance. "Summer card" offered by the hotel as wellcome gift is a big benefit helping to visit a number of local attractions for free or with a discount.

Parking in the garage has a price tag of 12EUR/night. In my opinion it should be free. The facility has no restaurant during the day, only breakfast and dinner. A little too much oriental food for my taste.

The location is good, close to Zell am See and Kaprun. The pools are awesome, I think the best we ever tried. Restaurant has good food and nice staff. Parking is offered outside and in an underground garage. It offers Sommer card which can be used in all lifts in Zell am See area.
