Breakfast buffet could be better with more vegetable options. Towels in the bathroom were too small and with poor quality.

Close to skilift. Good organised/planned for skiers and sportsmen. Private parking spot is a big plus on the weekend when the all skiers from other villiages come with the car. Rooms are quite big with balocny and too many hangers for the clothes. Pet friendly 🐶

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Nice area close to the mountains and lakes (with car, not sure about public transport). But what amazed me most is the breakfast: one can cook own breakfast: there are small ovens with pans, and ready cut ingredients and you can cook your own omelette :) and other stuff too of course. Made the breakfast very inviting

Very good location, so close to the ski lift. Room is rather basic but serves the purpose. Good and stable wifi connection, enough parking spaces.

We went for a dinner to the hotel bar once and the waiter forgot to give our order to the kitchen, came an hour later, didn't even apologize and wanted to know, what we ordered the first time, which was kind of dumb ...

Breakfast was really delicious, we liked the variety of food. Perfect location to be one of the first to ski. Room was rather small, but the bed was comfy and the equipment quite OK. Late checkout was great possibility!

Only one free electrical outlet near bed (if you wanna keep the lights plugged in), small TV, complicated room temperature controlling, two small matraccess instead of one big (it might be a plus for somebody), no (or not working) bathroom ventilation, no fridge and very basic restaurant if I can even call it a restaurant and easy to hear what are your neighbours doing. But those are just details, we enjoyed our stay.

Skilift just around the corner, no need to start the car or look for a bus. There was no problem communicating in English at the reception. Very good bang for the buck. It's affordable accomodation and everything is new and clean.

Great hotel in a great place. Good breakfast and nice staff. Really enjoyed even the one night. Also the road was interesting to drive at night with snowfall.

Everything was great except the check-in. The young man at the reception desk lacked even lower intermediate knowledge of English and it took several minutes for him to understand and somehow answer a simple question: "Where can we store our snowboards?" That really surprised me in a hotel next to a big slope. Another shift or another person at the desk and I would give 10 of 10.

I would appreciate some warm food ready to eat in the breakfast. There is possibility to cook eggs by your own, very well equiped breakfast room, however when in hurry in the morning, only cold plate can be taken to save time.

One bad thing - the sauna. They do not have any sheets for the sauna, so you have to use your own towel or a towel from your room - and you do not get a replacement towel (the reception only had hand towels). That should be a standard.

Shower was having some glass wall and then open area with no curtain and water could easily go outside the shower area if you are not careful.

Everything seemed to be new/ in good shape and clean. Room was having extremely beautiful mountain view. Bed was comfortable. Room decoration is different what you are used to but ok. Breakfast was good, there were small frying pans if you wanted to make some fried eggs. Spacious parking place in front of the hotel.
