You need to borrow towel for 2€ if you go to sauna. It is not a problem but I didn't expect it from this hotel.

The eggcirkus in the breakfastbuffet - it takes way to much time for people to cook their own eggdishes and it provide chaos for everybody else waiting for cheese, jamon etc.

Had to pay for a cup of hot water...not coffee or tea, just plain hot water from the machine, got charged.same.as.a tea...

Cheap mattress, too soft. You have to cook eggs yourself for breakfast and the pans were of low quality (its hard not to burn the eggs).

Its a new hotel with large wellness area and good access to St Johann ski resort.

Modern and clean hotel with a nice vibe. The breakfast was solid, the wellness area was great. The room was very utilitarian with plenty of space for cloths and lots of places to hang gear/clothes. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. Would recommend.

a tad under staffed meant that the poor people on in the am were struggling to cope with the volume of people and tasks… felt for them!!

The only thing that spoiled the impression was the hygiene at breakfast. Lots of flies on the cheese and charcuterie trays ... I lost my appetite.

Good value for money. Simple but nice bedroom and clean bathroom. The bed was especially comfy. The staff was friendly and professional (with very good English). Free parking at the hotel was great. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety of food and I could fry my own bacon and egg, I really loved this.

We selected this particular hotel because it was next to a ski lift, however we discovered at check in that the lift next to the hotel was not operating due to lack of lift staff....but it was still being advertised in the hotel description at the time, even though it apparently hadn't been operating for some time. It was only about a 10 minute walk to another lift, and a bus was also available, however we felt that the hotel should have updated the description in the circumstances.

Couldn't really fault the hotel itself, very modern and very clean.

We’ve been in two other Explorer hotels before. So we know the concept, the house and the rooms. We like it due to the smart structure of the room and the very friendly staff. You can ask everything and it’s easy to get in touch. Furthermore we like the mindset for cooperate with the local restaurants, shops and other business. The opportunity for parking in the garage is convenient and also the room in the basement for drying ski equipment is very helpful.

Our first room smelled funny, and the staff was very helpful and quick to assist.

The breakfast buffet was simply amazing! Rooms were clean and specious with beautiful view, the staff was very helpful.

There was nothing about the hotel that I didn't like

The hotel was in an ideal location for both the village and the slopes, with the gondola being less than a 10 minute walk. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space for hanging jackets, clothes etc. Breakfast was fantastic with a station for cooking your own eggs. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough to help

The breakfast had a few options, bad coffee. There was no way to get boiled water even from bar the machine gave us a slightly warmed water. Beds were not comfortable. The rooms light was so weak. There was no air conditioning or ventilation. Considering the price it was the worst stay i have ever had.
