The additional services to the accommodation like Massage and Meals in Restaurant were very poor. Incompetent and not polite Masseurs. The meal packages, in all stages were very cheep, and qualitatively poor.

It would be nice to have at least one sauna that accepts clothing, not sure if there was any but I couldn't see it. Apart from that nothing much.

Reception was super pleasent, check-in was easy and fast and the employees were nice. The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was great, it had separate doors for toilet and shower which is nice and also had good amenities and blowdrier. The breakfast had a nice selection between, cheese and meats and pastries. The hotel is located close to the University which was great for us. I didn't use the gym but I used the spa. The complex is large and nicely designed, there are multiple heated pools and saunas, it's worth reminding that the saunas don't accept clothes/swimsuits therefore if you are not too keen on seing naked people maybe skip the spa. I was going to stay only 1 night but ended up change it for two nights, process was smooth and without any problems. Payment was done during check-out.

The personel in the restaurant did not act as professional as expected. Rooms are very spaceous and nice. Bed and bedsheets were very comfortable. Coffee-machine did not work properly.

two of the pools were closed - one in the main spa said it would be open on the Monday but it still wasn’t open by Friday. The beds were made each day but the sheets were never changed all week. The grass is cut very early in the morning

the hotel was a great size, rooms very comfortable. The staff were fantastic. The art work around the hotel was great to see. The grounds are very well maintained. The bar food was amazing!

I just have a leghurting. So I think, that the ways to get a Coffee or something Else, were vary Hard to go and nobodody asked me, if I need a little help, for example a second cup of Coffee, or something to drink. That was very sad.

It's was pretty warm in the room and the airconditioning didn't work. But with the window open it was fine

The cleaning job of the room was very bad. It's dusty, no control of the cleaning: toilet paper was not replaced, shampoo was not refilled, bedding was not changed unless repeatedly requested, floor was not cleaned. You don't want to hear what was found under the bed... corridors are not vacum cleaned.

The best shower anywhere in a hotel. The lease has changed to new management and they seemed to have reduced the shabby parts to make this a good choice in Leoben.

the location was perfect. very beautiful and with full of nature. it was clean and swimming pool and spa is available. breakfast collection is also good. the room is also clean, and with a balcony. balcony has a great garden view. staff is friendly. they have a huge parking lot.

When 3 waiters from the hotels restaurant smoking under the balcony you have to close the door all the time, as all smoke and smell goes up.

Nothing I didn't like. You get good value for money here. The hotel just has a bit of wear and tear that makes it look a tiny bit worn. But if I need to be in the area, I would go back.

The hotel has spacious rooms, good parking and sufficient public areas. Easy to reach by car and walking distance from the city centre. Also a big SPA next door (also open to the public). I spend 2 nights for business. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly, efficient and helpful! Nothing special but good value for money.
