Although it's a large hotel, we felt like we were in a boutique hotel, thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff who were always at our service. The restaurant is excellent, with a rich selection of dishes, as well as the lobby bar which offers an excellent choice of drinks. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel's advantage is its proximity to the ski resort, as well as the large wellness center.

Great location and professional staff, everything at the hotel is made to make the holidays full of relaxation. Millennium express was 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It was nice to relax at the spa zone in the afternoons.

Public part of the spa is not well equiped, should have an open sauna as well. Rooms are too hot, even with the air con on lowest level. Shower with glass wall towards the room is a bit silly.

Food is plenty, selection is fine and versatile. Room is big enough, bath also. Location cant be better.

To many people using wellness area , I don’t know if it’s the politics of hotel or what but throughout the wellness area 90% of people are walking naked carrying towels in their hands … very strange where we didn’t felt ok and comfortable with that. Jacuzzi especially , full naked and there is room for like 10 people which is of course full. Nothing else

The hotel is next to gondolas which takes you all the way to the top. The restaurant and the staff are really nice , versatile food and dinner in courses where you choose the menu.

There were quite a few ants in the outside pool/grass area, which was annoying, however not the hotel’s fault / just something to keep in mind before going to lounge by the pool, to maybe put some repellent on.

Everything was great, really, we were happy and impressed by everything: food, decor, staff, extra activities the offer, location, the list goes on. We truly felt like at home or even better and could not recommend this place enough, will definitely stay in a Falkensteiner chain again.

Only thing I didn't like was the "manager" of the staff at the dinner. This suit wearing kid with glasses tainted my overall experience which was really good until he asked me in front of the restaurant door to go back to the room to change. I am a respectful person and did not want to cause drama so I did that but had a negative feeling after. If you don't have rules written down somewhere for me to know them then those rules don't exist. I saw people coming to lunch in bathrobes and slippers and thought that is acceptable. I showed up to dinner in flip flops but that was not acceptable. Even though the night after my "incident" there were people wearing them at the dinner. I think this wannabe manager role is to bug people as I noticed he is rude to staff for no reason because they are doing a great job. Instead of helping guest to have a great experience (which i think is his role actually) he made the overall amazing experience into average.

I liked a lot of things, food was good, breakfast had many good options, small lunch was right what I needed when coming back to hotel from skiing. The first night of stay dinner was good, other nights it was lacking meat options. Staff at the restaurant and reception was amazing, professional and friendly. Spa area was nice, it took a day to get used to nakedness, after seeing it is normal and accepted behaviour it was actually very relaxing and pleasant experience. Gym was good on a rainy day! The temperature in the room was super hot, even after turning it down from 6 to 1 and opening the balcony doors to sleep at night.

I have to be honest and sat that there is nothing wrong with this hotel. I am generally very unhappy with the Falkensteiner company attitude and the only way to show them that is by leaving this review.
