The room was a very good size, a decent breakfast was served and the owners were very friendly. It was also in a very convenient position. It was very useful being given the Tennengau Plus card which gave free bus and train travel in the Tennengau region.

Mme the owner is very nice, very helpful, she is a warm and friendly person. She prepared very tasty breakfasts. The rooms were very clean. When our car broke down, she allowed us to stay longer in the room while we waited for road assistance and a new car. I definitely recomend Haus Magdalena. The stay exceeded our expectations. There wasn't anything I didn't like. As soon as I entered the entrance, there was a boiler room where I could hang my wet clothes and dry my shoes, which was comfortable. Most tourists come to ski, but since we had a car, we stayed here and toured Salzburg and Hallstatt. However, there are no special facilities in this town.

It was served at each table rather than a buffet, and the variety and quantity were reasonable. The owner welcomed us very kindly every morning.

It's a very nice house and you can see that it's taken care of with love. The room was big, had a nice balcony and was spotless. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The owner of the place is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

If I have to mention one thing, it would be the coffee. For me it is a bit weak. One thing which for others might be interesting is that it is in the neighbourhood of a church and it’s cemetery. For us it was no problem at all.

The house is located very close to the small centre where the restaurants are located. The host is very friendly, always asked us our experiences and plans. The breakfast was very satisfying every day. The bed was comfortable. The whole house seem to be well maintained. The parking is comfortable in front of the house. The view from the top level balcony was very nice to the neighbouring mountains and to the cozy little town of Abtenau.

The house is located in the very heart of Abtenau - easy to access all touristic locations by car e.g. Salzburg, Hallstadt etc. View from the window was breathtaking and the owner was extremely attentive and friendly. Good breakfast, clean and cozy rooms - it has all you need for a great time off.

The only thing was that the bedroom was separated from the appartment itself, however, on the same floor of the hotel. Thus we spent most of the time in the living room area being part of the appartment with the kitchen. But altogether, our stay was great.

We had an appartment with our own kitchen. The kitchen had substandard equipment, nothing was missing. Absolutely great. The appartment was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in very beautiful mountain surroundings, close to main highlights in the area. The owner was extremely kind and helpful.
