The rooms and bathrooms were a lot smaller than the pictures online. the beds were also smaller when the images online show a large single bed. requested a room with view and got a room with view of peoples backyards.

Location was great. Away from the busy city so you can really relax and enjoy the views of the mountains.

The restaurant wasn’t great for dinner but there are lots of other places to eat within a ten minute walk.

Hotel was located on the edge of Axams 50 metres from the free bus to Axamer Lizum for skiing or Innsbruck city centre. The room was exactly as the photos and the staff were all very helpful. The spa was a real bonus and never crowded. Breakfast was good. Especially the coffee machine.

Everything was perfect except the small detail that the Receptionist forgot to give us the Welcome card at the arrival (gratis up to 3 nights stay). Therefore we spent money for buses, cable cars etc that could have been otherwise for free...

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere, location and helpful staff. Small but nice swimming pool and wellness.Very delicious breakfast and comfortable beds.I can highly recommend this hotel.

A food in the restaurant was not really tasty. I would recommend to visit the Italian restaurant close to the hotel.

Quite well equipped, clean hotel rooms with kitchenette. Nice mountains view. Breakfast was relatively good - it was possible to order omelets/fried eggs in addition to the buffet. Convenient free parking.

Location, facilities, reception was very friendly, the welcome card that allowed us to travel by bus for free, and the breakfast was lovely! The view from the window was breathtaking. It was the first time for us, and we will return!

Our rooms were right over the main entrance facing the street. People arriving, departing or just chatting were were very notable in the rooms - so was the cigarette smoke.

The rooms were very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped. With min. stay of 3 days the guests card could be used to access the cablecars for free.

The hotel is surrounded by picturesque natural beauty. The rooms we stayed in were equipped with compact kitchenettes, complete with stoves and all the necessary cooking utensils, although we didn't utilize them. I thoroughly enjoyed the charming vintage decor that adorned the entire hotel. Staff was very friendly. Indoor swimming pool was opened 24/7 and sauna was good too.

When we arrived, the parking lot was already full, so it was hard to park a car nearby. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during our residence.

Bar/restaurant closes a bit early at 9pm. No air conditioning in the summer makes it quite hot. Gym is quite sparse

The shower was a litle bit mouldy in the corners. It was a litle bit loud, I could hear neighbours and babies, but quiet in the night :) The balcony was a litle bit open so I could see the neibours.

Nothing to be honest !

As a family, we loved the location in the countryside with a beautiful view on the mountains. Easy to park Breakfast was great And the room was brand new and fully ( and cosy) equipped. Nothing was missing ! And what a nice surprise with the swimming pool and the sauna !

1. Workers started drill at 7am to make terrace, and continued be loud until 8pm. Not very convenient especially if want to relax, or have kids, or need rest before trail running. There was no information in advance for guests for such inconvenience, nor discount from property. 2. Breakfast staff: 2.1. I wanted to take with me unfinished sandwich and lady came to me and said in rude and loud tone “we do not provide take away lunch boxes” and took away w/o my response. I would it it there. 2.2. Some guests were offered also hot breakfast, but i didn’t understand based on what staff is asking them. i stayed 2 nights. 3. Spa information - didn’t receive information, until I asked receptionist.
