you couldn’t go with the car next to the apartment to unload / load the car. requiring several trips if you are a family, you can rent a golf cart to help.

the location is great and next to the ski tracks. good sauna area. great apartment for the family with all that you need inside. beds were clean and comfortable, kitchen had all needed appliances.

The village is a bit far from thermal centers but staying close to the latter would imply to loose the calm beauty of this place.

The apartments are extremely cute and confortable. The location I strategic for skiing on winter or hiking during summer as few minutes from the apartment (less than two minutes walking there is a cable car bringing you to 1900 mt above aea level. Paths are not many but nice. The samall village made of the apartments is served by a very good restaurant and a sauna. People at the reception is extremely kind and helpful.

We really missed someone (staff) there to greet us and answer questions. We did not see anyone there except for the waitress at the restaurant. Unfortunately she could not answer any questions. What we really did not understand is that there are no options for kids at the restaurant. The meals are very expensive and so are the drinks. We would have really liked if the waitress could have told us that the drinks were so big, that way the kids could have shared. We paid €4,50 per Apple juice… CRAZY! Last but not least, why do we have to pay €25 to learn how to handle the fire place in the apartment? We travel a lot in Austria and this has never been asked before. On top of that, there was no one to teach us in the first place! On if the reasons we booked this place was because we love to have a fire place. This was a huge disappointment!

We absolutely loved the facilities for the kids! Great playground and indoor playroom. Make sure to ask for an apartment close to these facilities, because apparently there is another ‘village’ a bit further away. The apartment is cosy and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior apartment, which includes a renovated bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen. We also loved the sauna! There is water and tea, towels and bathrobes! The location is close to the ski lifts and the Karnten Card is included (April-Oct).

Apartments are not really equally equipped and renovatad (we had booked 2) and one had dishwasher and the other one didn't... resort is divided in 2 parts and the one we stayed in was 10min walk away. Pool and kids playgrounds were located in the other part so not ideal for us as we have little children...

Nice 'village' like resort in a very quiet area, close to one of the gondolas. Tidy and clean with rustic decorations.

Nice, small village in the mountain, not central. Excellent for travellers with car. Nice hiking areas nearby. We were in the upper part of the resort (Oberkirchleitn), but this area was also nice. The hauses are lovely old style, the appartment was comfy for 4 persons. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely good value for the price, and Kärnten Card was also included, providing free access to various programs. Thank you Slow Resort!

No blackout curtains so we were up with the sunrise. There are 2 areas to this resort. The main area has the pool, playgrounds, sauna, and restaurant. 5 minutes up the road is where the cabin apartments are. This was not clear when we booked our room and we were a bit surprised we had to go to a different location. It would have been helpful to have a room guide- local attractions, restaurants, what to do with the trash, room cleaning expectations, local emergency phone numbers, etc.

We loved how kid friendly it was. The playgrounds were a big hit. We liked how warm and cozy our room was. We only heard our neighbors when we were in the restroom. All of the facilities were clean and well kept. The Karten Card was an awesome bonus.

This is a great place for kids. All those small cars, my 2 yrs old was enjoying them much. All houses are close to each other giving an impression of small village. Kids always had fun there. Very nice restaurant with good food.

Room with excellent view. So much to do travelling with 1,5 year old. There was indoor and outdoor play area. Live music in every Tuesday and also sliding cars. This felt like a dream holiday destination.

we were initially given dirty rooms. it looks like they forgot to perform cleaning. the rooms were changed which is good. thanks to the receptionist. but people who came after reception closure at 20:00, could not do anything. their rooms were dirty and nobody could help them. Also, at hotel restaurant we were told that they won’t be able to serve us as they are full and there is only 1 hour left before the closure. weird thing is that only about 40% of tables occupied. thanks to the receptionist, we went to another restaurant nearby, which was fantastic.

The only bit we did not like was waste management: we were able to recycle glass only. Not plastic, paper either organic waste, unfortunately.

Location is very close to the starting point of many trails. Sauna and biotopic-pool are very a nice prize after long session of hiking. Chalets are super cosy, clean and with everithing you may need to cook. We appreciated also the possibility to make the laundry (with soap being provided!) and to hang out our wet clothes Live music in the late afternoon was very appreciated surprise, not only for the way they played, but for the choice of songs.
