The pillows were too soft and the rooms had no blinds, so with the first light you wake up

Good location, just 7 minutes to the slopes by car (either side of the mountain). Buffet breakfast was one of the best i had in a hotel

There is only one type of softness of the bed which makes my partner not so comfortable, and thanks to the manager offering a flexible solution and bedding.

The beds were a bit soft, but it belongs to the overall charming rusticality of the place.

Rich and tasty breakfast. The staff was kind to arrange a late self-check-in for us. There is free sauna and also steam bath to use.

The staff is very friendly and thoughtful. The half board are also really delicious. We were one day not able to come back to hotel on time for dinner. However, they are really kind and even keep the main meal fr us. We are really appreciate the flexibility of the kitchen arrangements.

I booked this to have a swimm in the morning but it wasnt advertised that thr pool is not heated and therefore freezing cold…

The room had a strange smell, I guess due to old floor itison. Like others said, beds, more blinding curtains would also be great;) Nevertheless, since the price was not so high, you can not complain much:)

Nice breakfast: eggs and bacon were really good, I only missed honey.

Very friendly, helpful welcome, fabulous room with a balcony looking out onto snow capped mountains. We had booked half board and the meals were very good and delicious. Very helpful with information for our day trips and spoke excellent English.

Based on your stay, I would rate the hotel as a very good hotel. It seems that the sauna area was very clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, and the check-in process was convenient and easy with digital technology

The breakfast was below average. There were a lot of people eating and they were not able to stock up on the items on time. Pillows were awful hard to sleep.

The hotel was located in a great place. The mountain view was well worth it. The room was very clean and was amazed how good they kept the old furniture. Just one doorknob kept on falling off but otherwise good.

The curtains didn’t do a great job of keeping the light out! woke up a bit earlier then I would of liked but not world ending.

The staff were super friendly, the room was simple but clean and the housekeeping staff were amazing, they were super accommodating and on a good bus route location.

Sound proofing in the rooms could be a bit better; the sauna and steam room are big enough for one room at a time, so one needs to be reserving ahead of time. Likely close to impossible to get a spot during peak season.

Plenty of space in the room, extremely friendly and helpful staff, good value for money, close to the ski bus stop.

the outdoor swimming pool was not maintained well, it was filthy and the water was swarming with bugs

we had a great room, spacious and funnily layed out (attic room with impressive ceiling beams)

Location. Food was Great. We did not expect 3 course dinner.. It was so good. And Great breakfast. Management from Denmark gave good info the lovely girl from Bulgaria gave Great service. Hope to Come BACK.
