Beautiful apartment, fully equipped, it has one bedroom with a double bed, one living room with a sofa that can also be used for sleeping, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located central, 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre. For 3 persons for 2 nights it was what we needed. There is an underground parking if you arrive by car (but you have to pay 12 euro per day extra). Overall it is excelent value for money.

The apartment is spacious, modern and feels like home. We unfortunately only stayed for one night. The apartment is well located, only a short walk from the Danube and the old town. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering.

Very nice apartment - clean, spacious, comfortable beds. The kitchen was equipped with everything. The host was very nice - we arrived very late, but he was waiting for us. The location is very good - there were shops, bakery very closed to the building.

Location is probably the best to reach everything in Linz. The apartment is impeccable on every detail. Everything was smooth and easy from check in to check out. All amenities available on location. We will be back here for sure.

Highly recommended! We definitely enjoyed it! Everything was just perfect! The apartment is quiet and cozy, its location is great (close to the tram station and to the center as well - sometimes we walked over there), you may have a parking lot (12 euro), just few meters from the building you may find a bakery:)

The accomodation is very close to the city center and transport station. It was very clean and cozy, we had all we need in the kitchen. It has his own parking place underground that must be paid to the owner - 12 euros/ day.

Although the portable AC is effective is quit loud to use all night.

This is by far the most well equipped and luxury flat we have ever stayed so far and we travel quite a lot. The place is spotless, everything was shining. The property is situated in a very stradegic location close to all major landmarks and essentiall amenities (supermarkets, pharmacies bakeries etc). We particularly liked the comfortable bed, the fast internet, the Nespresso machine, the private balcony and the overall luxurious feel of the space. What made our experience unique however, was the overall service of Mr. Ronald that he went above & beyond to accommodate all our requests. This is very important when travelling with kids. He is a real Gentleman. Highly recommended for families..

I'm not sure, but the bedding seems feathery - super comfy, but it's worth knowing because of allergies.

the concept "Balcony Garden view City view Inner courtyard view" is discussable.

The appartment is ideally placed in the city. The comfort is maximal, much better than at hom The host is highly available. The parking is convenient.

Not only the apartment is excellent but the landlord is very kind, the house itself is superb and it's located in one of the best streets of Linz.

We made a reservation with Booking, which was confirmed at a certain price given by the owner. The day before I should have arrived at this place/2 days after reservation/, I got a call from Booking that the owner didn't see that I'm traveling with my 2 kids, one of whom is over 15 and wanted to cancel the reservation or pay more by cash. Coz it was at the last moment in the middle of a trip I have agreed and paid more, but I find this highly inappropriate.
