Although there is enough parking for every unit, a little more coordination by the hosts with parking (such as numbered spots) would have been useful

The building being located 2km away and 80m above Bad Aussee was a positive for us since we were able to take pleasant walks uphill in the crisp mountain air of December, but others may find it too remote; all apartments as far as I can tell offer mountain views; our apartment had a lovely and cozy design; it was clean and well-equipped; the hosts were easily reachable, helpful and friendly; the check-in/-out process and simple; there is enough parking for every unit

I like everything, there is nothing to complain. The whole apartment is wonderful, with incredible nice view, well furnished, well equipment. The owner is nice.

Nothing really, we liked everything as it is. Pillows are the super soft type, we prefer the hard ones but this is really an individual thing.

Apartment was very nice, traditional yet still modern. It was clean to the highest standards and very well equipped with everything you need. Amazing view and absolutely calm place. Bes also comfortable, not too soft.

It is just matter of taste, but if i would consider to make even something better, I would change the sofa. :-)

I come to this property regularly during winter season, and I really like this place. The apartment is very nice, comfortable, well-equipped. It offers very nice view in quiet countryside, near to a village. The owner is very friendly. We will come again. Excellent place for winter sports nearby.

Very beautiful views from the all windows (just wooow :) ), everything is very clean and stylish. All furniture is made of wood and this creates additional comfort and charm. Pretty quiet, we didn't hear our neighbors. Near the house located a place for rest and grilling. The city center is very close (5 minutes by car). On the kitchen you can find everything that needed for cooking!

The check-out is super early (10AM). The owners are really tense about that (DMs at 7AM) - we couldn't negotiate a late check-out option. Also, we haven't actually met the owners (although we saw them at the property) - so don't count on them giving you any insiders info!

The apartment is perfectly located, with beautiful views, conveniently close to the small town. It is pristinly clean. It's spacious, well designed. We really appreciated late check-in option (with keys waiting for us in a special keys-box).
