The apartment I got was on first floor, but there are electric curtains that can cover a window.

The apartment is new and spacious. There is TV with the support of Chrome Cast and Netflix. Location is quite good, there's a supermarket, metro station, and a street with restaurants in a walkable distance.

I loved these apartments so much, Erik is so friendly, cute and amazing! Interior is fabulous. We didn't know that this loft just besides the street, it was little noisy, but it is okay and you can get used to it. I was just amazed by everything! Very clean and comfortable.

Everything! Good quality, close to the centre, close to supermarket and you have even a gas station very close to you! Just good words for the place, I'll definitely go back in Vienna and choose this place!

Stylish, very comfortable apartment, very close to the metro station and shops. Very comfortable bed, lots of pillows of different hardness. Clean and cozy. Well-equipped kitchen corner. Spacious and comfortable bathroom.

I lived here for more than a month, and this place became my second home. Delicious coffee and croissant from Erik, a very close location to the city centre should make your arrival even more comfortable.

Personally it would have been nice to keep the blinds open. I would suggest to stick foil to the ground floor windows to keep the nosey pedestrians walking by from looking in.

Our host was very friendly and went out of his way to make us comfortable. The lofts are new, and the interior was very nice and comfortable. Some utensils may not be present but that is no problem. The loft we had was on ground level and it was advised to keep the blinds closed. Wi-Fi and TV are excellent. And public transport is 10 minutes by foot from the apartment. Fantastic spot we will be visiting again

The thermostat of the heater was down so we could not regulate the temperature, 25/26 celsius was too hot. Nice big windows but no blackouts so we had daylight also during the night from the street lamps..

The loft is new, very nice, near transportatio, restaurants, deliveries Erich was very nice and friendly ...ready to assist us if needed..

Lovely and cosy loft, fully equipped , clean and warm ! Easy access to the center with U6 and 43 tram in very short walking distance 5-2 min (respectively) , INTERSPAR in 3 min walking distance! Erich the owner keeper such a lovely person! He he extended our stay for more than 6 hours after check out time as,we were leaving Wien late in the evening and denied to be paid extra for this service !!! Fully recommended! Hope to have the change you visit Wien again and I will definitely stay in Fesh Lofts!

The ONLY thing I wasn’t super fond of was the pillows on the bed. They were a bit too soft for my taste so I had to use both of them to give my head a lift but other than that the bed was very comfortable.

This was a beautiful loft located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to sights and well commuted by tram as well. I loved staying here. It was equipped with everything I needed and it was great to be able to use a kitchen to make my own meals. The loft was very clean and shower was wonderful. The tram is just a couple minutes walk away and there is big supermarket nearby to buy groceries. There are also restaurants nearby. I was there around Halloween so sometimes I heard people but it wasn’t bothersome and in general it was pretty quiet. I was travelling alone and felt very safe here. I will definitely come back here next time I’m in Vienna.

I liked everything, there were a few things that happened because they are still fixing a few things because of building renovations, such as locks and hot water, but very quickly our host took care of it and was super nice!

The loft was very pretty, comfortable and clean. Everything was brand new and had everything you need if you are in Vienna for a few days. It is not in the city center but it has public transportation very near so it was pretty easy. Also very close to a supermarket. would definitely stay again and strongly recommend.

Only thing I get stressed of at night was the activation sound from the air condition, but you can mute it.

Everything’s great there! You get a good sized and really open loft, in a really good part of Vienna. Checkin was really easy and friendly!

Fantastic loft well designed and equipped with everything you need, great location in the center of Vienna around by all the living facilities. Bus métro is very closed to the apartment which bring us to the center in a few minutes. Air- con is an additional bonus if you travel in the peak summer time. The host is very warm heart people who are standby and help. We spent a nice time here and wish to come back soon.
