The beds were a bit soft, pillows too soft for our taste and it’s not possible to regulate the heating in the room. Also I travel with my son so we would have loved to have single beds, which was not possible. All in all it was manageable for the 2 nights we stayed .

The lady who owns the Hotel is a wonderful person, you rarely meet such kind people as her. She was like a Mary Poppins, whenever we asked for something she fulfilled it immediately. The whole team was helpful. The hotel is close to the Alps, the view is very beautiful, the air is pleasant, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I gladly recommend it.

Hotel is next to main road so in summer there could be some noise from traffic. I was up early so this was not a problem.

They speak very minimal English if not at all. At check in time we had to look for someone somewhere in the kitchen, she gave us the keys , looked at the booking paper and said that ""all ok" (so I supposed they will withdraw money from my card, as it normally happens ) At the check out time, again nobody around (if not somewhere in the kitchen). We left the keys at the reception and went away. After an hour they called me because they have not....my credit card details (!?). Weird, of course I guaranteed with my card when booking the place. And the lady (very kind but again with very very limited English) asked me to send her...my credit card details. I did it, even if normally I would not (but yeah, they are Austrians, I guess I should trust them... ) and after few hours they wrote me (in German) that they charged my card and that is all ok now. (hopefully it is ) . Another aspect is the...traffic and the noise. The rooms front street and front valley are really nice but...the noise from the street is almost 24 h (you can't keep windows open) and even if it's just a mountain road actually there are a lot of cars passing by (!). Moreover, they have no aircon or fan in the rooms and it can be really hot inside during the day

Classic Tirol Gasthaus . Clean, functional and with a great view on the valley They try to be kind and helpful. They prepared the sauna basically only for us (it's free of charge and is really nice ) The breakfast is great.

Getting a dinner or lunch will be a quest - Finkenberg is a small village with hotels and one very small shop SPAR. No restaurants, no cafes. Hotels' restaurants feed only their own guests. There are two options: 1) having a car and driving to Mayrhofen (~5 mins), where you'll find plenty of restaurants, and 2) ordering a dinner in the hotel. You'll need to order it in time, so the chief prepare enough portions (dinner costs 25 EUR; includes two dishes and different salads you can take as much as you like; drinks are not included).

Very friendly hostess. Cozy hotel, very clean and with great view from the balcony. Tasty breakfasts. Free parking on the territory. Body and hair shampoo, liquid soap and body lotion included. Since there were not many guests upon my arrival, hostess has offered me the double room for free. She gave me two keys and offered to check both of them and choose the one I like more. Of course I've chosen larger room, with balcony and double bed. The room was very cozy, though quite small. But the each meter used wisely. The most I liked the shower corner :))

Hotel is great. Clean. The crew is very helpful. Breakfast is great. Only issue was that the elevator does not work at 6am and we left very early in the morning. Apart of that great place.

you can hear the people in the adjacent room; we left the 'do not enter/clean' the room sign, and found it removed, the cleanup done; common balcony with the next 2 rooms .
