everything is clean, the stuff is very nice and user-friendly, location is great - just 7 mins from the train station. good place for all fellow cross-country skiers/hikers.

I liked everything about this hotel. There is nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was extremely clean and good-looking. The staff were extremely helpful. They will help you all the time. They also provided me with the train pass from Scharnitz to Seefeld during the whole stay. That was very nice of them. I like it so much that I will book the same hotel when I will go there again.

Everything there is very nice. The rooms are clean and well renovated. We got enough choices and fried eggs for breakfast. And you can’t miss the sauna which is open in the evening.

We spent in Frankenhof Hotel 5 nights. I liked everything - cosy and clean room with nice view of mountains, very good breakfast, close proximity to the cable car in Seefeld and Mittenwald (Karwendel) and very hospitable hostess! I definitely recommend the Frankenhof Hotel to those who want to spend a good holiday in the area near to Karwendel National Park. Thanks to Analise for very warm welcome!

Breakfast was tasty but not included in the price of the room☹️ The bed was good and I had a good night sleep even though a blanket was a bit small for me(190cm).

The rooms are so spacious with nice balcony and a perfect view. If you enjoy peace and quiet this is the right place. 😁👍

We had to leave early 0530 and could only get coffee from a machine but it wouldn’t take €2 coins so no coffee for us.

Everything was clean and spotless. The rooms and beds very comfortable. The receptionist Annalisa spoke very nice English and was very helpful with arrangements and answering questions.

We absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful rooms, well appointed with jug, toaster, coffee machine, fridge. Very spacious and comfortable. Would stay again. Needed to have breakfast earlier to make a meeting, and this was arranged with no hesitation. The bread was so fresh it was still warm. Super friendly & kind. Was on a motorcycle and had undercover parking. Very quiet. A great restaurant for dinner just 50m up road.

The only very small issue is that the wi-fi did not reach the living room / dining room and balcony area (but in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom it worked very well).

We were very pleasantly surprised with the apartment we booked. It had just been completely renovated so everything from the appliances to the furniture was brand new. It was also much more spacious than we had expected, including a living room with a sofa, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare good meals (even an oven). We loved the balcony with view to the mountain to relax after a day hike. It seemed to be also very well soundproofed since we didn't hear a sound from the hotel, neither from the road just below our bedroom window.

The only issue that I would care to mention is that the furniture in our one bedroom apartment was not particularly comfortable.

Great breakfast, very well-kept and clean facilities. The sauna was hot and super relaxing. The outdoor area was comfy and inviting (picnic tables, comfortable lawn furniture. Overall, a great stay. In the summertime be sure to rent e-bikes!

It was a little bit unclear that the breakfast was extra charge and how much it was. I did my laundry myself but was still charged for a laundry service - it wasn’t expensive and it was great that I got clean clothes, but it would still be good to communicate the price beforehand.

Very nice place to stay - very comfortable big room with sofa and bed. Breakfast was absolutely great with fresh fruit etc. Helpful staff and possibility to do laundry.

Our room had a full kitchen but we were told using it would attract an extra charge - this meant we had to buy tea and coffee from a vending machine which seemed a bit unnecessary. The cold beer vending machine (once it worked!) was a great idea!

A lovely family run guesthouse. Our room was huge with a balcony. Facilities were great, the sauna was particularly welcome after a rainy day of hiking. Breakfast was excellent, staff were extremely helpful and it was very good value.

Unfortunately our bed was very creaky, every turn we made during the night was so noisy, that we could not sleep well at all. We understood that they could not replace the bed immediately, and they were also fully booked, so we could not change the room. We just hope they replace the bed for future guests.

We booked two rooms, and the manager was so nice and organized two connected rooms, with a terrace in between. That was a bonus we did not expect, and we greatly appreciated it. The rooms were quiet, had nice views, and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The breakfast was tasty, fresh and varied.

I asked for a possibility to stay an extra night but the hotel manager refused to tell me the price for a total of 36 hours. Neither by phone, email or even when receptionist contacted them. They only told me during the checkout. The price was not overblown but I also thought it will be a bit less. It's not like they wouldn't know their price so this feels shady. Pension is right next to the road, so even if your room is not facing it, it's very loud from any passing car or truck. I think there's no AC so in the summer, you can have either hot or loud room.
